LearningZen is easy to set up. Moreover creating new accounts is also a piece of cake. I also like the control I have over who receives registration information and ongoing support, and when they receive it.
Cons
It would be beneficial to add more information during registration to better identify which employee or trainee the registration is for. The ability to respond timely is important.

This software is excellent for training new employees and incredibly simple to navigate and set up for them.
Cons
I believe it could be simpler in some areas. In my view, some tags seem unnecessary and could either be repurposed or removed entirely.

“Best Customer service ever.”
Pros
Their customer service is truly exceptional! I had trouble uploading a video to my account, and they came to my office, took care of the upload for me, and are constantly checking in to see if we need anything. They respond almost instantly when there's an issue.
Cons
The only problem I've encountered is with activating new accounts. Sometimes users struggle because they don't follow the activation emails correctly, which can be confusing at times.

Cons
