Pros

A significant challenge I faced was tagging and assigning courses to eligible learners. Fortunately, this software provides the solution to that problem.

Cons

The three platforms can be confusing, and I often find myself needing to explain their functionality to users, such as course designers. Additionally, courses sometimes "disappear" after completion, causing further confusion.

Learnster has impressed me with its ease of use and versatility. The support I received during the start and launch of Learnster in our organization has been exceptional.

Cons

It would be great to have a more robust system for tracking competencies and skills.
