“helpful lectures and solid content

Pros

Watching lectures with this tool has been really helpful overall even if the audio quality isn't always the best at times.

Cons

Getting signed up especially as someone from an academic institution was unnecessarily confusing. There's no SSO login option even though it really should be available. I ended up having to create an account manually using my university credentials which made the whole experience feel poorly designed. On top of that customer support wasn't helpful and there isn't even an FAQ page.

Pros

Being able to use it wherever I am has been really convenient and having the videos translated into French is incredibly helpful for me.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is the pricing since it would be better if it were more affordable for everyone.

Using this software has been very simple. The interface is user friendly everything feels accessible and the support team has been excellent whenever needed.

Cons

At this point I can't think of any real downsides. I'd just say they should keep up the excellent support.

Something I appreciate most about the software are the free COVID 19 videos they've been putting out. They've been very informative and educational :)

Cons

My biggest hesitation is the pricing. I'd like to explore more of their videos to build my personal training knowledge but I'm not sure the subscription cost is worth it.

Content presentation really caught my attention! The videos deliver valuable medical information in a way that is clear organized and simple to follow.

Cons

A downside for me is the cost :( It's a little more expensive than I'd like to pay especially when there are plenty of free resources out there that cover similar material.

One thing I really appreciate is the questions included at the end of every lecture.

Cons

There aren't any orthopedic lectures yet (that's the specialty I'm hoping to go into) and so this is the one drawback I think it has.

Using this software has been a really positive experience because the platform is very simple to figure out. Everything is clearly laid out so it does not take much effort to find what I need. I also really appreciate that every section I finish comes with detailed explanations which makes the learning experience even better.

Pros

What really worked well for me was how the courses were neatly organized by subject and specialty. It also made a big difference that the lectures were taught by experts in each area. The presentation style was appealing too, it had a PowerPoint like format but felt much better adapted to the screen!

Cons

Getting around the platform was a little challenging at times and a lot of the lecture content felt too detailed for PA students. The quizzes were also very difficult and it would be much better if there were an option to adjust the difficulty level. I'd also appreciate shorter lectures that focus on specific subtopics.

There's a huge amount of content available across all the subjects tied to my studies which has been really helpful. Navigating through the material is simple and I especially appreciate the detailed explanations provided for the test questions while taking quizzes.

Cons

At times the test questions don't feel completely aligned with what I'm studying.

As a PA student I've been using this software for the past few semesters because my program includes it as a supplemental medical education resource. It provides high quality lecture videos, practice exams and useful tools for tracking the material you've already reviewed. It also shows which topics you're doing well in and which ones still need more attention. Overall the service feels very high quality.

Cons

The only drawback I've run into is figuring out when paying for the full service really makes sense. In my PA program it's mainly been used as an extra study resource but with how much material we already get from school I rarely have enough time to fully use everything this system offers. If you're already enrolled in a structured academic program it can feel like too much information to manage at once. It seems like a better fit for someone trying to learn independently rather than someone already overloaded with coursework.
