“Clear and Simple design

Pros

I noticed that many of our staff usually struggle with digital tools but with Lemon it was different. The design is clear, the setup is simple and everything works smoothly. It made the onboarding process much easier for everyone.

Cons

In a few functions, we needed adjustments for our specific requirements but the support and IT team always managed to fix those reliably.

I find the backend very easy to use because it feels simple, well arranged and doesn't take much effort to manage. It allows me to handle tasks quickly without needing constant support.

Cons

I think banners should be fully clickable and HTML formatting should be available in all fields to make it easier to customize.

Pros

I like the design combined with the simple navigation. Both the backend and user sides work smoothly and I can confidently recommend it to my clients. It reflects professionalism and gives a reliable experience overall.

Cons

I haven't found any real downsides. Since Lemon keeps improving their product regularly and if something is missing, it usually shows up in the next updates with great features.
