“Tracking done right
Pros
It is extremely user friendly! I used it to track NY and NJ CLE compliance and it offered features that none of the other services we tested could match. Since we were also an accredited provider it gave us the ability to pull multiple reports for accreditation renewals which made the renewal process much simpler when the time came.
Cons
My only complaint came up when we had to merge CLE course titles while adding a new license. That part required quite a bit of backend cleanup and it felt a little glitchy in that area. Still it was a small issue compared with how well the rest of the program worked.

Getting started with the product was very simple especially as a first time user :)
Cons
It would be more helpful if the manufacturer provided stronger support while learning how to use the software.
