“Poor enrollment support”

Pros

Adding content and testing it afterward feels very promising and that part seems to work well.

Cons

Adding and testing content functions as expected but the software has a critical failure in user enrollment and poor support response. I submitted a support ticket and haven't received any progress updates since then. At one point, the company even suggested purchasing the product, as if spending $3k would somehow make the enrollment problem disappear. That's not a good strategy from a company.

“Office365 integration is fantastic”

Pros

Switching to an LMS that fully connects with our Office 365 tools and directory has made a huge difference for us. Before this, we were using an open-source LMS without Office 365 integration and things like enrollments and adding our existing documents and media into learning modules were much more tiring. Being able to tie everything into our user directory and pull content directly from OneDrive and SharePoint has been incredibly convenient.

Cons

Im completely satisfied overall. The only thing I'd still like to see is the Course Catalog organized and displayed by category although Ive managed to find a workaround for that.

“good experience!”

Pros

The Microsoft Teams integration is very smooth. Interface is very user-friendly and learners can complete their training without stepping outside their usual work environment. It really delivers a true in-the-flow-of-work experience and cuz there's no need to open a separate webpage or external app everything happens inside Teams.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at the moment. That said, Im still using the freemium version so I may come back and update this review later.

“Made our workflow simpler”

Pros

Using this software is actually very simple and it works really well with our Microsoft Office 365 tools. Being able to share or highlight courses directly inside Teams is a big plus and since our learners were already familiar with SharePoint, they could move around the LMS without having to deal with an extra learning curve.

Cons

Not long after deployment, we ran into a problem where our full learner list was deleted by IT. Even though this was caused by user error on their side, getting in touch with LMS365 customer support was difficult and they couldn't clearly explain how or when the issue happened which made resolving it more complicated.

“Great integrations”

Pros

Getting everything up and running was quick and simple. It's very user-friendly for participants and students and it also works really well for administrators and content creators. The integration with MS Teams is a big advantage and the way it automates online training processes while still allowing a mix of live and in-person sessions makes it especially useful.

“amazing learning hub”

Pros

This software covers almost everything we needed to bring employee learning into one centralized platform. The initial setup was fairly simple and the course catalog and enrollment process was easy too. Our instructors appreciate being able to invite specific learners through Azure AD groups and the automatic alerts are very helpful. They also like having quizzes and certifications built into the system. Another big plus was the ability to brand and customize the site with our own logo and photos, along with setting up course categories and the catalog view in a way that fits our organization.

Cons

One part our course admins really didn't enjoy was the Sway training which came across as robotic and tedious. It's also inconvenient that printing a list of course participants isn't very simple. The advanced license includes a Power BI package for building dashboards to track learning progress across courses and we feel that should really be included as a standard feature. We also ended up preferring Microsoft's learning videos on LinkedIn over the Microsoft Learning Path training that came with the advanced license package.

“Made learning easier and quicke”

Pros

It was quite easy to set it up and was very simple to use overall and it didn't take long to add content and start training employees.

Cons

The content navigation workflow has a flaw that can incorrectly mark skipped sections as complete, oftentimes clicking the wrong arrow while moving through content can send you straight to the end and mark skipped sections as completed. Because of that, we've had to spend extra time showing people how the process is supposed to work.

“Teams integration works well”

Pros

Being able to share courses with other companies is really useful and the integration with Microsoft Teams adds a lot of value.

Cons

Implementing a course takes quite a bit of time.

“impressive reporting tools”

Pros

After about a year of using this platform, we've only recently started exploring more of its features and capabilities. Before that we mainly relied on it to host webinars and keep track of new hire training. The reporting has been really useful for seeing who is using the system, what they're doing and how their progress is moving along. It's also a very simple system to navigate and use.

Cons

I really haven't run into anything I dislike. Im just beginning to dig into the LMS, certifications and learning tracks more deeply so Im sure I'll have more feedback once Ive spent more time with those areas.
