“engaging learning library”
Pros
Learning software usually seems dry but this one makes the whole experience feel fun and interactive. It lets you build a large library of training modules and you can connect one lesson to another in a way that feels a lot like browsing a streaming platform.
Cons
Compared with some competing platforms, it is not as data-focused and that can become a downside depending on how many employees you need to manage.

“A Great Learning Platform”
Pros
I find Loop to be extremely user-friendly. The Campaign feature is the standout for me. It allows us to automate emails from a specific email address, which is incredibly useful for creating things like Equality Calendars and sending out automated emails. It also simplifies compliance training by automating its delivery, along with new starter surveys.
Cons
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Looop. It is a fantastic platform that fulfills its purpose effectively.

“Clean but tricky”
Pros
The search function is absolutely amazing. When using this software as a knowledge bank, it feels like having my very own personal Google search engine.
Cons
Sometimes, building campaigns and pathways can be a bit confusing and require careful navigation.

“learner-first and fully branded”
Pros
Looop is very adaptable and simple to tailor to our brand. I really also like how external links can be built in which makes the whole experience feel centered around the learner. It's easy to navigate and configure, with the user experience clearly well thought out. You can brand it to fit your needs, add assessments and it pretty much covers everything you'd want a platform like this to do. On top of that whenever we've run into any challenges, our partner has been fantastic as he is always making time to help, patiently answering my endless questions and consistently being there with excellent support. I'd recommend it without any hesitation.
Cons
The only slight difficulty was that branding the platform was a little confusing at the beginning but once that part was sorted, everything became very understandable. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints as the platform has been excellent.

“powerful global learning platform”
Pros
Running a small L&D team I now feel much more capable of reaching people across the globe with stronger content that's fully customized to my business. Plus the team has been incredibly patient in showing me how to really master Looop, from the platform's look and feel to handling more complex external training events. No question or request has ever felt like too much for them and the support they provided while setting up our LMS has put me in a position to truly change how our business learns and how we track impact.
Cons
Getting up to speed was definitely a steep learning curve for me and I have had to put a lot of time into learning it. That said I don't really see it as a downside because I am confident the investment will pay off. Other users have picked it up much faster and the main content creators in the business have been able to build content with very little help since the platform is very easy to use.

“brilliant campaigns and support”
Pros
From day one Looop has impressed me across the board. The interface is clean and user friendly, building content is quick and simple and the analytics access is incredible. If I had to pick one standout, it would be the campaigns feature as being able to create custom Slack messages and emails that automatically go out to users in a group based on specific criteria has been a total game changer. On top of that its client services team is one of the best I have ever worked with as they are friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Absolutely nothing comes to mind. There isn't a single thing I dislike about it. They regularly involve their clients for feedback and keep making the platform better. They also run monthly knowledge-sharing sessions where its users can learn from one another which is a really valuable bonus.

“offers full control over everything”
Pros
The platform has been very easy to manage on our own. Plus being able to handle changes internally gives us complete control and helps move things along much faster. The system is very user-friendly, both from the admin side and for everyday users.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. Any ideas or suggestions we've shared have been listened and the team and most of the time they're already working on those improvements anyway.

“Packed with amazing features”
Pros
Right from the help/chat function to how user friendly it is for our learners, Looop delivers on so many levels. It finally lets L&D professionals do what we've wanted for years. Stop burying knowledge inside endless courses and instead make it available in the right format, exactly when people need it. On top of that it brings real clarity to L&D by offering analytics and insights into how the platform and resources are being used and applied.
Cons

“great campaigns and automation”
Pros
The campaign feature is excellent. After putting in the upfront effort to build everything, you can run someone through a full program with just a click, including reminder emails to both the learner and their manager.
Cons
To be honest there's very little to complain about. A bit more functionality around customization would be a nice addition but I know that's already planned for the future which would make it feel even more complete.

“The best learning experience!!”
Pros
Looop is very simple to use which keeps the barrier to entry very low for our learners. I have dealt with complex LMS platforms before that made it hard for employees or clients to jump in, start learning or quickly find what they needed and this tool avoids that completely.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. Everything about it has been excellent and their customer service has been top notch as well.

“innovative features and standout support”
Pros
After working with several LMS platforms, Looop has genuinely brought back my enthusiasm for designing, building and sharing online learning resources. The interface is very user friendly, the reporting tools are strong and our users have stayed actively engaged with the platform. One feature that really stands out is campaigning which is unlike anything else I have seen in an LMS. Their customer service is also incredibly responsive and is like a true partnership rather than just basic support. Unlike some vendors who disappear after the sale, the team continues to help throughout the entire journey. There's also a real customer community where people share best practices and the integration with our IT systems was fairly simple with plenty of guidance along the way.
Cons
It can take a bit of time to fully get the hang of some of the filters used when sharing resources through campaigns.

“powerful automation”
Pros
Using Looop has been a really positive experience. The platform itself is excellent and the campaign feature helps us automate a lot of work that would otherwise be tedious and take up a lot of time. Our employees stay highly engaged with the content and we're seeing better performance in certain areas because of it. On top of that the support level and its community add a lot of value. Immediate help is available when needed, along with access to L&D specialists and an active network of other software users to learn from and connect with.
Cons
There's very little to complain about. Since it's still a younger company, we've run into a few bugs along the way and some integrations have taken more time than we originally expected. That said, those issues haven't really changed my overall positive opinion of either the platform or the company.

“versatile content creation platform”
Pros
Creating and managing content in Looop is very easy. The platform is simple to navigate when building new material and it works well with a wide range of content sources like images, videos, SCORM, AIC and more.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. If there's ever a feature I want or think would be useful, I trust it's already on the roadmap. The team keeps in close contact with users, listens to feedback and is quick to respond to requests. If something is missing today, I am confident it'll show up in an upcoming release.

“ideal for standout campaigns”
Pros
Looop is like a refreshing alternative to the usual cookie-cutter LMS platforms. I really appreciated that it takes a different approach from many of the bigger names and the campaign feature is excellent for monitoring engagement and understanding the best ways to connect with your audience.
Cons
Since it's still a relatively new product, a few features are missing at the moment. That said, their roadmap makes it clear that a lot of those additions are already planned so it doesn't feel like a major concern.

“outstanding LMS capabilities”
Pros
After reviewing several LMS platforms, this one came out on top for us and we've been extremely happy with it ever since. The feature set is easily the strongest we saw on the market.
Cons
The price is a little on the higher side but for us, it's been worth the investment as an LMS.

“excellent campaigns and branding”
Pros
Getting started and configuring it with Microsoft Azure was easy and applying custom branding was just as simple. The campaign feature has been excellent for managing content and keeping track of engagement. It also includes a really practical video assessment tool that works well for testing learner capability and how they apply their knowledge in real situations.
Cons

“instant updates win”
Pros
Having separate workspaces has been proven really effective for us because each part of the business can access the information that matters to them. The campaign feature has also been very useful for sharing updates with colleagues right away and it's helpful that they can choose whether those messages go to their personal or work email address.
Cons
One issue is that some colleagues occasionally miss the emails because they end up in junk or spam folders. The terminology used in it also takes a little time to get familiar with and resizing images so they fit properly on banners can be tricky.

“great learning hub”
Pros
Over the last two years working with Looop has been a fantastic experience. It's an innovative platform that really helps you approach learner experiences in a more digital way, while also making an impact through just-in-time learning and automated communication. We use it as a central information hub, a tool to keep our teams engaged and a learning platform for onboarding new starters.
Cons
One thing worth mentioning is that the system is constantly evolving which is honestly one of the reasons I value it so much. Even the features I have liked the least are already being improved. For instance, it already has a strong design and offers some level of customization but I'd still love to see even more flexibility in that area.

“resource-first learning win”
Pros
Looop is user friendly and easy to use. It lets me build a resource-first learning experience while also creating courses tailored to my users' specific needs. I can assess what they know and keep track of their progress without much effort. A lot of LMS platforms let you build courses but once someone finishes them, they usually have to retake the whole thing just to revisit the content. This tool takes a much better approach. By using resources, learners can go back to the exact topic they need and refresh their knowledge without sitting through an entire course again. That's one of the best parts of this software and it really encourages people to keep engaging with the platform in a way that supports ongoing personal growth.
Cons
I'd really like to be able to drag and drop items instead of using arrows because the current method takes a bit more time than I'd prefer. I'd also like more detailed reporting on Pathway completion which would make it easier to track people down even though I can still get the data I need with a few extra clicks. That said I have to turn this into a positive because the team is easily one of the most responsive I have ever worked with. They genuinely listen to user design suggestions and act on them quickly, improving the software's functionality at an impressively fast pace. That has been incredibly appreciated.

“Proven helpful for us”
Pros
It approaches corporate learning from a fresh angle and that has really helped us rethink employee development around who needs to know what and what they need to do. It also connects with the tools and places where our employees already work so learning can happen as part of the normal day instead of forcing people to leave their workflow to go look for it.
Cons
The platform is still evolving and while the development team is very open to client feedback and suggestions, there are still a few useful features that are in progress, such as Zoom integration and bidirectional messaging.
