LUCY Security has proven to be the best asset for our company. Its design is user-friendly, pretty easy to use, and allows you to manage security training sessions well. Also, I find the phishing simulations feature the best as it provides realistic tests of our employees' awareness. Moreover, the detailed analytics and reporting tools have been invaluable in assessing our team's readiness and pinpointing areas for improvement.

Cons

The learning curve is associated with some of the more advanced features. So we have to spend some time to fully understand it, which we never expected. Additionally, while the support team is helpful, it is now very helpful.
