I loved the simple yet engaging interface. The gamification element was captivating. Adults today prefer gamified learning because it's both quick and memorable. The online assessment feature is also excellent, with AI-proctoring preventing cheating during our pre-hiring or certification assessments. Communication between instructors and learners is seamless on the platform which allows for easy knowledge sharing. The reporting and analytics are fantastic for tracking learner progress, identifying top performers, suggesting role-based learning paths and keeping us updated on upcoming courses and deadlines, which enhances the overall learning experience.

Cons

It does not come with pre-built courses, although it does allow me to create my own course modules.

The key aspect of Maple LMS is its provision of online, offline, and network-independent learning, anytime and anywhere, on any device. Implementing it was a smooth process, and the team also provided effective training to our staff for optimal use of the learning management system. The out-of-the-box Salesforce integration facilitated automatic data mapping between the LMS and Salesforce ecosystem. Additionally, they assign a dedicated account manager to assist us in case of rare troubleshooting scenarios.

Cons

The software runs slowly when used offline, and there is no option for interacting with peers or instructors in offline mode.
