Pros

The best thing about this learning platform is that it provides training online, offline and even without an internet connection, available anytime, on any device. Getting it set up was incredibly simple and their team trained our staff on how to use the system effectively. It has a built-in connection with Salesforce that automatically syncs our learner information between the two systems. We also have a dedicated contact person to help us with the occasional issue that needs solving.

Cons

Sometimes the system can be sluggish when there's no internet connection. Also you can't communicate with other learners or instructors while working offline.
