Pros

Right out of the box it includes just about everything a small business owner would need: booking, a website, blog, course tools, membership management and even a product store. Those are the core pieces of a real business system and it does a really solid job covering them all.

Cons

I haven't come across any real downsides yet although I'm sure there's still room for it to grow. If anything video management and possibly deeper integration with third party tools seem like areas that could be improved over time.

“Complete creator platform”

Pros

Running online education content through this system feels like having everything in one place. It covers just about all the features I need and the platform is very simple to work with. Since I do not come from a highly technical background I really appreciate how flexible and user friendly the backend is. It may seem like a small thing but I also love that the website's features are already built in and active from the beginning.

Cons

As I'm still in the process of learning the platform I have not had any bad experiences yet. The only thing I am still wondering about are the shop functions. Some of my teachers would also want to sell their own products and I would like to be able to set things up so their payments are processed separately and they can manage fulfillment for their own items. I would just want to know whether that is possible within the platform.

Even without a technical background this felt approachable and never overwhelming to use. I had a few questions at the start but the support team responded quickly and explained everything clearly. Linking the platform to a subdomain on my website was also simpler than I expected.

Cons

Getting my first course set up did come with a few hiccups in the beginning although that felt fairly normal for a first time setup. Thankfully the support team was very responsive and helped me figure things out quickly.

Pros

It really shines at what it's built for: hosting and delivering online courses and programs exceptionally well. Instead of trying to cram in project management, website building and every other feature under the sun it stays focused on being a strong course platform and that focus shows. It covers the essentials people actually need like hosting, billing and customer communication and everything feels simple to use.

Cons

My only downside isn't really about the system itself but more about when I discovered it. I'm already using another platform that has a membership/LMS component and even though it doesn't offer some of the features this one does moving everything over could be a bit of a headache. Even with that I can already see myself using this system for future courses because setting things up and launching them feels so convenient.

“well-designed training sales site”

Pros

Being able to upload videos straight into this system without setting up our own AWS bucket or another storage service is a big plus. The interface is simple but still powerful and everything feels thoughtfully organized. It also works really well for live training through Zoom since it takes care of the Zoom setup details once a class is booked and paid for. Other than that it gives us flexibility to run live classes, offer VOD content and sell both digital and physical products. The support team has also been helpful whenever needed.

Cons

Something missing at checkout is a bank transfer payment option where customers could choose it and receive bank details automatically. Right now we would need to set up those accounts manually even though it would still be useful for people paying for subscriptions or classes. It also doesn't seem to support upsells or bump offers during checkout although that may already be planned on their roadmap. Another limitation is that we can't connect our own autoresponder directly from the dashboard.

“Useful scheduling”

Pros

The automatic email reminders, appointment setup and timetable features have been really helpful which is why I ended up buying two extra codes on the final day. The recent updates have added even more value too: bulk coupon creation and export, the option to limit the booking window for appointments, cancellation windows for both classes and appointments, a new Razorpay payment gateway, support for connecting multiple Zoom accounts with the ability to choose which one to use when setting up class schedules and image and text based elements. There's a lot being added and I'm excited to see what comes next :)

Cons

It works with Zoom Meet but not with other video platforms yet. For services like AirMeet or Run The World I still have to manually add the meeting link myself.

“Good teaching system”

Pros

Running a teaching business as a personal trainer or music teacher takes enough time already so spending endless hours in WordPress trying to build a homepage just isn't practical. I went through that once and that was more than enough. At the same time I still needed the core features to be there like subscription payments, a custom domain, white labeling and marketing tools. That's why I'm really glad I came across this software because it covers almost everything I was looking for.

Cons

Still feels like a platform that's growing and evolving. That doesn't mean it doesn't work because it actually works extremely well but there are a few missing pieces that would make things much more convenient for me. I'd love to see a simpler Facebook login experience for users, more payment options and the ability to do a two way sync with Google Calendar. That said it seems like they're already working on exactly those improvements.

“Promising roadmap”

Pros

Considering the price the value you get is impressive! After spending the last few days using it, sticking with this LTD feels like an obvious choice. It's easy to use and I was able to move my course over in around 15 minutes. I'm also really looking forward to what's on their roadmap especially the community features. Definitely worth jumping on.

Cons

At the moment it doesn't really stand out from other LMS platforms. Even so the pricing, simplicity and future roadmap make it worth trying.

Pros

After trying plenty of cloud platforms to sell my courses and premium videos and even going as far as building a custom solution myself I came across this on AppSumo. It's been amazing! It gives me everything I need in one place. Simple, capable and a really solid experience overall :)

Cons

Honestly nothing to complain about. It includes all the features I need to sell my courses and stay in touch with my audience. Sometimes less really is more.

I had been looking for a way to let clients sell products, stream content and offer downloads from one place without needing to know how to run their own website this software really filled that need@ The UI is simple to use and makes the whole setup much more approachable.

Cons

Styling and layout options do feel a bit limited at times and it would be even better if the store could be embedded.

“Effective website tools”

Pros

It handles event setup and sales really well and there's a lot of thoughtful functions behind it. I also really appreciate being able to create an entire website with the built in builder/editor without much trouble. On top of that the extra built in features are a big plus especially marketing emails and the Zoom integration. At the time of writing Youtube Live is expected to be added soon as well which is promising.

Cons

I'd still love to see more integrations added especially something like Google Meet for people who would rather use that than Zoom. More flexibility around terminology would also be really helpful. For example instead of only using 'programmes' it would be nice to have the option (like some other platforms offer) to rename them as 'courses' 'workshops' and similar terms. The same goes for other labels such as being able to customize words like 'module' or 'section' within a course or workshop. It would also help to have some kind of preview of the available website building options alongside the template names so it's clearer what each one includes.

There are plenty of ways to deliver content with it which gives a lot of flexibility when setting things up.

One thing it's missing is quizzes and there's also no option to create lessons that are text only.

The interface feels polished and user friendly and the wide range of features makes it a true all in one solution.

I haven't run into any real issues yet. The only thing I'd want going forward is more integrations but the team is already working on expanding the product and that's reflected in their public roadmap.

Getting a shop up and running is very flexible and uploading content for both on demand and live classes is easy. The interface looks polished and feels built with the customer in mind. I also appreciate being able to apply my brand style guide so everything stays consistent.

Cons

The only thing I'd really want added is support for more content formats beyond just video. It would also be a big plus if they included a built in course creation tool.

At last there's an application that really fits what teachers need. It was quick to get started with works efficiently and above all feels very flexible to use. I don't have to think about the technical side anymore whether that's hosting software updates or any of the usual setup headaches. This system takes care of all of that. My students can move through the courses I've created based on the subscription they've chosen. Setting up recurring payments with my payment processor took only 10 minutes. The stress is gone and now I can focus on being productive. Thank you!

“Live classes now manageable”

Pros

Running live classes for my audience became much more manageable with this platform. I'm able to upload content, schedule sessions and even sell physical products all in one place. It saves both time and money since I don't have to juggle separate tools for every part of my work.

Cons

There are a few small bugs here and there especially with the drag-and-drop feature and a couple of other minor things. Still, I'm pretty confident the team will sort them out soon. Aside from that, I don't have any major complaints about the platform.

Very easy to run online courses and lessons with this platform. It combines several tools in one place which makes everyday work much more convenient. I also appreciate the subscription options for giving access to educational content plus the ability to sell physical products as well. It's exactly the kind of solution I had been searching for for a long time.

Cons

Only thing I'm currently missing is the option to translate the front end into other languages. That said I noticed multilingual support is planned on the roadmap and that makes me really happy :)
