Pros

I like how easy it is to set up and learn this tool. The free WordPress plugin is a really positive aspect of the tool. Also, I really appreciate the amazing support provided by their team. For me, this makes implementing the platform smooth and stress free.

Cons

At the moment, everything works fine for me. I had some issues in the past but technical support helped me resolve them quickly.
