I value the open source nature of the platform and the active global forum. I often use the Moodle community to ask questions, share advice and find quick practical solutions which increases my experience significantly.
Cons
For new users, I think the platform's complexity can be confusing because of the numerous features and settings. It often requires training and time to navigate effectively which can be a challenge for beginners.
