“Great mobile integration
Pros
I love how easy it is to create patient care plans and design exercise routines directly through the mobile app. It's super convenient because I can do it anytime, anywhere without being tied to a computer.
Cons
I find it a bit tricky when I have multiple care plans from different providers. It's not easy to switch between them or look at past care plans, which can get a little frustrating.

“It is amazing for physical therapy
Pros
The remote monitoring allows me to follow the right way of doing tasks. It also helps me to follow recommended guidelines.
Cons
I feel like the program solves the exercises faster than the actual time it takes to perform them. It should consider thoroughly understanding it and then do the calculations.

“Perfect for physical therapy sessions
Pros
The videos are such a huge help in making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. I love how clear and detailed they are.
Cons
The program moves through the exercises a lot quicker than it actually takes to do them. Sometimes, I feel like I'm rushing through things when I'm following along.

“Virtual CEU courses are very accessible
Pros
It made everything convenient for me. I had the opportunity to take multiple CEU courses virtually, which really contributed to fulfilling my CEU requirements, especially during COVID-19 when having in person meetings was not very convenient.
Cons
I found the CEU courses to be overly simplistic, considering my ten years of experience as a clinician. Most of the courses offered were at a basic level, which I had already completed.

“Easy to use for virtual CEU courses
Pros
For me, the biggest thing is the convenience. I could take multiple CEU courses online whenever I had free time, especially during COVID when in-person classes were harder to find. It really helped me keep up with my CEU count.
Cons
The CEU courses felt a bit too simple for me. I've been a clinician for 10 years, so I've already done a lot of the basic courses. It would be nice if there were more advanced options.

“I'd definitely recommend
Pros
MedBridge lets me easily create and save home exercise programs. plus it has thousands of hours of top-notch continuing education on so many topics. It's a great tool that definitely makes my job easier. Sure it's a bit pricey but it's 100% worth it. I'll keep using it as long as I'm a physical therapist.
Cons
My main issue with the software is the home exercise database. It doesn't always have the exact exercise I want to give to my patient. plus modifying the exercise instructions on the site is kind of tricky.

“Makes e-learning super simple
Pros
My company uses MedBridge for e-learning and compliance training. It's awesome to have everything in one place. In past jobs, I had to search through different websites for courses but with MedBridge, everything's in one spot.
Cons
It took me a little while to get the hang of the software. It's not the easiest to use at first but once I got used to it, I was fine. It's one of those things that requires a learning curve.

“Great for putting together HEPs
Pros
Most of my senior patients prefer paper copies of their exercises rather than logging in but the online access is still a nice option. The "Favorites" feature is a real time-saver, too. And I love that one access code can be used and updated by multiple care providers.
Cons
Entering details like sets, reps and such for each exercise can be pretty tedious. also when I copy text into the patient's chart, it doesn't just copy the exercise title, it copies everything like sets, reps, hold time and frequency for each exercise. This makes the chart a bit messier than it needs to be. I also wish I didn't have to keep logging back into MedBridge over and over during the day. I can't even save my username and password for quicker access.

“Hate the log-out process
Pros
The pictures are pretty decent and the CEUs are a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes the courses are fantastic, super informative and really engaging. Other times though, they're not as great and can feel a little less relevant or outdated.
Cons
I am so frustrated with the constant log-outs. I'll set up a home program, walk into the gym to work with my patient and then, boom I'm logged out and the program is gone. It's really annoying. I log into MedBridge more than any other software I use. It's almost like they're overprotecting things when all I want to do is help my patient.

“Exceptional home exercise program
Pros
My patients love it for home exercises because it's easy to use and the videos are super clear. I love it because the exercise selection is really thorough and the videos include all kinds of people. The continuing education for ATCs is more comprehensive than what I've found elsewhere. It's been great for keeping up with the latest education.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything right now.

“Amazing solution
Pros
The exercise program is an amazing tool for my patients to use at home. It's really easy for them to follow, and they can access everything they need with just a few taps.
Cons
One downside is that It isn't integrated with our Medical Records system, EPIC. It would be so much more efficient if it was.

“Such a great platform!
Pros
I can create and update customized exercise programs for my patients and it's great for staying up-to-date with continuing education.
Cons
Creating exercise programs from my phone has been a bit difficult lately. The site doesn't seem as responsive when I try to suggest exercises from there.

“Awesome for patient care
Pros
It is very easy for my patients to access and view their exercises. It is really simple and easy.
Cons
Transitioning our clinicians from paper copies and handouts to a more virtual approach is a bit challenging. It's mostly just a habit thing, though and not really a problem with the software itself.

“Ideal for therapy professionals
Pros
It has everything: home exercise programs for patients, patient education and the ability to customize everything.
Cons
It's tough to get in touch with a representative. It feels like things that should only take a day to resolve end up taking weeks because of missed calls or slow email responses. Sometimes it's just easier to explain things over the phone.

“My journey with MedBridge
Pros
It's awesome to have an electronic record for employee compliance training. plus I can create courses specific to our needs.
Cons
When assigning courses, you can only assign one course at a time. This is fine when assigning to a group but when I need to assign multiple courses to just one or two employees, it's kind of slow and annoying.

“All in one solution
Pros
HEPs are super easy to make, they're simple to customize and they don't freeze up like some other software I've used.
Cons
It would be great if I could set basic parameters for every exercise and then just edit them individually when needed. That would save a lot of time.

“Fantastic resource to have
Pros
It's amazing for continuing education for physical therapy. It's a great way to learn from respected experts in the field. plus it's a fantastic resource for patient home programs.
Cons
I'd love to see more pictures showing variations of exercises. Although the site does offer a chance to request specific exercises, it would be nice if there were more options already available.

“MedBridge is a game-changer
Pros
I use MedBridge a lot for continuing education and it's perfect for that. There are tons of options. I also love using it to print out exercises for my patients, it has a huge variety to choose from.
Cons
I think the patient education section could use some improvement. It would be awesome to have more posture-related education, as well as handouts for specific diagnoses. It would also be great to see more evidence-based materials for patients that tie into their continuing education.
