“Easy course creation and management
Pros
It's easy and simple to use. I can create categories in the showcase, unlimited courses and classes and it has complete media tools and class editing. The integrations are accessible and student management is easy.
Cons
I would appreciate WhatsApp integration that opens directly into student chats and similar functionality for email. A direct message button would simplify communication significantly from my perspective.

“Simple setup and appealing layout
Pros
It's very practical to set up and use. I also think it has a beautiful layout that makes the experience better.
Cons
The community features feel limited to me, they're essentially just lesson comments rather than a proper interactive space where users can connect outside of individual lessons.

The cost benefit ratio is much better compared to our previous platform which is a big advantage for us.
Cons
I struggled with understanding the reporting section personally. The interface felt confusing and could benefit from being more simple and user friendly in my opinion.

What I love most is the platform's practicality. I really like being able to manage everything quickly and simply without any hassle.
Cons
The lack of direct support communication channels makes problem resolution more difficult when I need assistance. This limitation occasionally hinders my ability to get timely help.

“Clear processes for efficient training
Pros
In our agency's daily routine, having well-defined and clear processes is crucial for training our team efficiently. I can create specific courses for each of our teams, themes, or even for one off campaigns. Over time, we realized we could also use the platform externally with our clients for both occasional and routine training. For example, when we implement a new CRM account, the client's users get access to an exclusive course that explains how it works. The integration with RD Station Marketing which sends a new tag after each completed lesson or module, makes managing communication with our students much simpler and automates a large part of the journey. Overall, I think the platform is fantastic!
Cons
Currently, I don't see things I dislike but there's one improvement needed in the RD Station Marketing integration. When a lesson concludes, the tag only sends the lesson name without including the course or module information. This creates extra work for me to prevent duplicate names and avoid confusion in student communications.

“Team often listens to suggestions
Pros
Over the months we've been using Memberkit for two of our accounts, we've felt that most of our suggestions for improvements and aesthetics were heard by the platform. This makes us want to keep using it.
Cons
I really miss the Netflix style top banner that I've suggested to support multiple times. I also miss the screen interactions after completing lessons or courses, elements like confetti explosions, completion sounds and celebratory notifications. The platform feels static without completion integrations which seems disappointing compared to platforms like Memberkit.
