Pros

I find it extremely easy and simple to use and I like how the team keeps improving and adding valuable customer oriented features. I feel well supported and recommend this tool to clients who want to set up their own training areas like onboarding.

Cons

We currently have nothing to criticize but we are only using the smallest plan right now which means we don't have access to the full functionality.

“Best value, reliable and customizable design

Pros

I have been a customer for several years and haven't found a better system. It's extremely easy, has a great price performance ratio compared to Kajabi & others and has 100% acceptance among my clients. The reliability is flawless and the visual design is appealing and customizable.

Cons

I find the lack of a community tool a downside. Since Skool, this has become a bigger topic and we would love to add appointments to a calendar or enable more direct engagement in this tool.

The simple handling makes my job as a coach incredibly easy and it works seamlessly for my participants as well, making everything run smoothly.

For me, the price is a bit high but still reasonable compared to other systems on the market.

Pros

I wholeheartedly recommend this tool because it's simple, clear and delivers beautiful results. The customer service is outstanding, fast, personal and dedicated. There's an explanation video for almost everything. Having tested other platforms like Skool and Kajabi, I still find Memberspot the best option.

Cons

I miss having a calendar feature for the members, as it would make planning and organizing much easier.

Pros

We use this tool as a platform to provide our clients with all the important content from our Academy. This helps our partners progress much faster compared to relying only on calls. It's very clear and I can add detailed descriptions and worksheets to each module which makes learning even easier.

Cons

At first, I had to really dig in to understand everything and sometimes it took a while to find where small settings could be changed. Once I got the hang of it, though, everything worked great and the tool became easy to use.
