“Difficult member setup and lacks features

I'm the kind of person who loves to dig into a new tool and get comfortable quickly. Figuring out the basics and customizing them comes easily to me, so my workflow stays efficient and I can stay in sync with the team without any hiccups

Cons

Setting up member functions like individual start pages and portals has been tricky for me because I can't edit multiple members at once. The AI features don't always work well with chapters, lessons are limited afterward and I can't transfer modules between courses. I also miss a proper calendar function and AI is restricted to only 30 minute videos without direct ChatGPT or text generation tools.

Since the roadmap was removed, I've felt less satisfied. I feel like support has slowed down and new features don't seem to come as often. It seems like development focuses on what Memberspot finds useful rather than customer needs. The decision to close the ideas board felt wrong to me because innovation should come from listening to customers. Support responses now take days instead of being fast like before which feels like cost cutting rather than growth.

I notice a few minor weaknesses that could be improved. Some settings are not very simple to find which sometimes causes extra effort. This tool also doesn't yet meet 100% of our expectations for a complete LMS but I see potential for these points to improve with future updates.
