“perfect for Program Management
Pros
Liliana Conde has been awesome as our client partner. She's made our experience so much better and I can't say enough great things about her service. The platform's analytics and insights are perfect for creating management reports. Plus, the MentorLAB tool is exactly what we needed.
Cons
The only thing I'd improve is having more focused training for mentees. It would help them understand how mentoring programs work better and make their development more effective.

“Improving daily operations
Pros
It has been amazing for connecting employees across our company through mentorship. Setting it up was super easy and now pretty much everyone on the team is actively participating. Personally, I've built some meaningful relationships with colleagues I wouldn't have met otherwise. It's been fantastic for my personal and professional growth. The smart matching system does a great job pairing mentors and mentees. Customer support has been awesome too & they made the integration process smooth and have been there every step of the way. I check in once a month to see how mentor sessions are going and I was recently matched with my first mentee, which has been so rewarding.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides. It's super easy to use, the reporting is simple and both mentors and mentees get great support throughout the program. Everything just works smoothly.

“Smooth Experience After Two Years
Pros
The interface is user friendly and easy to use. I've noticed that when tools are complicated, staff tend to avoid using them but that's never been an issue here. It's simple and everyone has been able to get the hang of it quickly.
Cons
As an admin, I find myself clicking around a bit too much to find what I need. The info is there but it takes more searching than I'd like to get to everything.

“customizable platform with excellent usability
Pros
So far I've really enjoyed how it allows us to customize the matching system to pair mentors and mentees based on their specific needs, goals and preferences. Employees have given great feedback about the smooth and easy sign-up process. The integration with systems like Workday is smooth which has saved us a lot of time and hassle. The customer service team is amazing too and they're always available when we need help and even reach out proactively to offer support.
Cons
Wish there were more options for branding customization like colors and formatting. It would be nice to distinguish between different company programs and give it a more personal touch.

“highly useful & important tool
Pros
I really appreciated having the option to either pick my own mentor or let the system match me with someone who fits. My mentor turned out to be incredibly caring and knowledgeable. He kept me on track and never missed a session. He was so motivating and inspiring, helping me see things from a new perspective.
Cons
I don't have any cons to mention. My only complaint is that not enough people at my company use it. I was pretty much the only one taking full advantage of all it offers.

“totally revamped our mentoring program
Pros
The smart matching feature and scheduled communications have made it so much easier to get our mentoring programs up and running quickly. Automatically sending resources and check-ins to participants keeps everyone engaged without us having to track everything manually. What I love the most is that the analytics let us adjust the program based on real data, not just assumptions. Customer support is top-notch and they're always quick to respond and super helpful. It is really easy for both admins and participants to use which made the whole adoption process smooth.
Cons
I really can't think of anything negative about this tool. Everything has worked perfectly for us.

“Organizes Large-Scale Mentoring Programs
Pros
This has been a game-changer for managing multiple large mentoring programs in our organization. Enrollment and matching are so much easier now and a lot of the tasks that used to be manual are now automated. The matching system is surprisingly effective and I was honestly impressed with how well it works. They also offer helpful resources, quality mentor training and even an ROI calculator. The flexibility is amazing, as I can run everything from 1:1 mentoring to group mentoring and I can choose self-matching or admin matching depending on what works best. Having dedicated program managers for each initiative really keeps everything organized. Once we linked the system to our employee data, the automation features took things to the next level, making everything simple. And the team behind the platform is incredible. They're really supportive and genuinely care about our success. They've made setting up and running our programs so much easier.
Cons
While every platform has room for improvement, I have noticed a few things that could be better. The built-in participant surveys could use an update since they feel a bit outdated. Also, some of the routine communication messages feel a little stiff and technical, like they were written by engineers instead of HR or L&D professionals. It would also be great if the enrollment forms and surveys had more flexibility like adding logic or branching options. That said, these are small issues compared to all the great things the platform offers and we've found creative ways to work around them.
