“Training made easy
Pros
Using Meridian was not complicated at all. Tracking training sessions, especially the progress, was easy. The best part about Meridian is its user interface. It clearly displays which courses need to be taken and they are simple to follow while being highly informative.
Cons
Occasionally, the website experiences minor glitches. After completing courses, there were a couple of instances where I had to refresh the page to see that I had marked it as complete. Apart from that, the software is very easy to use.

“limited reports and confusing setup
Pros
It includes a few basic features and functions that can be somewhat useful although I do not really have much to compare it against.
Cons
Reporting options are pretty limited, it does not integrate with our payroll system and the platform is not user friendly at all as it is unnecessarily complicated and confusing to use.

“Allows enterprise customization
Pros
Choosing an enterprise LMS meant we needed a platform that could connect with five of our existing systems and still allow for specialized customization. Meridian delivered on that and gave us the flexibility to tailor the LMS around the way we work.
Cons
There are still a few core areas where I'd like to see stronger functionality especially reporting and surveys/assessments. I'd also prefer the system to be structured in a way that lets us open up individual sections and modify them separately. Right now, during an upgrade, everything has to be rolled out as one big-bang update instead of updating pieces like course upload code, certificate code or survey/assessment code one at a time. If each section could be updated independently, it would lower the risk of changes unintentionally affecting other parts of the system.

“decent tool for complex needs
Pros
With all the integrations we require, Meridian gave us the flexibility to tailor the platform around a pretty complex setup. We work with both individual users and institutions so the requirements can vary a lot and it was able to accommodate that well.
Cons
Because of the customizations we've added, upgrades have to be handled with those changes in mind. Also, on the version my company uses, course evaluation is only available as an all-or-nothing setting rather than something optional.

“reliable lms with strong integration
Pros
Meridian has been proven user-friendly, dependable and a good fit with our AMS integration. The partnership with DominKnow is also a big plus because it gives us added value on the content development side. On top of that their implementation team has been outstanding and has supported us well whenever we've needed software customizations.
Cons
Search is one area that still has room for improvement and while customer support has been improving, it could still be better.

“supportive team win
Pros
Working with the account team and project managers has been a real pleasure. They're responsive, helpful and consistently good to collaborate with.
Cons
Every now and then the system doesn't behave the way it should. Lately, I have also noticed the breadcrumbs under the create tests tab haven't been working properly.
