The materials themselves are useful but getting out of the membership is a real problem. Charges just keep coming one after another and they won't refund any of those later payments.

There's basically no way to get proper support aside from an international phone number. Reaching an actual person doesn't happen and canceling the subscription feels impossible.

There's a really wide variety of resources here, tips, videos, graphics and more and they cover the key topics I actually want help with.

It may be a little light on technical resources but that doesn't seem to be the main purpose of the platform.

There is a really wide range of learning topics which is one of the best parts for me. The training content is presented in a very simple way and it feels useful, relevant and simple to understand.

The part I didn't enjoy was the paywall. I've actually had to make the case for the subscription benefits just to get my company to agree to pay for it.

Dealing with support has been extremely frustrating because the team is unresponsive and communication is basically nonexistent. I've been trying to cancel my membership but I can't figure out where to do it. I emailed the Helpdesk and even contacted what seemed to be a second customer service address but I still got no response at all. I also checked the Q&A section and the information there doesn't seem to work in my case. Because of this lack of attention and consideration, I'm giving this the lowest rating possible.

Another strong benefit is being able to adapt the content to better align with your company's values and focus attention on the areas that matter most to your organization.

The content is not especially dynamic and feels very self-directed, with little follow-up or fresh material being introduced. Some parts also come across as a bit outdated. On top of that, if a manager is not naturally self-motivated or does not really see value in performance management, they are probably not going to take the initiative to log in on their own and complete the modules.

It does feel incomplete because not every toolkit is included. For instance, I couldn't find resources on things like writing effective reports.
