It also includes a helpful directory covering individual states, municipalities and other jurisdictions that may be relevant. As an HR professional, we're expected to understand employment laws and how they apply to our workplace even though we're not attorneys. That's why resources like Mineral are so valuable, not just for the documentation but also for the free webinars they provide on specific topics. The platform is user friendly and the search tools work well without causing any trouble. I count on Mineral regularly and it has never let me down.
