“simple and effective, great support
Pros
It makes it simple to share general info and interesting tidbits with the team. It's been great for helping our staff learn how to use different products and deliver services more effectively. The customer support has been excellent. We're genuinely happy with their responsiveness and helpfulness.
Cons
The messaging and content posting features could use some improvement, though I'll admit that's partly on us for not planning better. Getting our team to actually use it consistently has been a real challenge as people are resistant to change.

MobieTrain really invests in their customers and gradually builds your expertise in microlearning. The well-paced instructions keep me engaged and enthusiastic throughout. What I appreciate most is how they put our organization's identity at the center of everything, so the final product feels authentic and we can easily maintain it ourselves.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that when we first visited the Amsterdam office, the physical space didn't really reflect how impressive the company actually turned out to be.
