“Limited learning content
Pros
I really appreciate that it avoids the over-the-top gamification seen in apps like Duolingo. I prefer to focus on the learning process itself, without being bombarded by prizes and unnecessary distractions.
Cons
My experience with the learning side felt very limited since it mostly focused on phrases and progression. I prefer having proper lessons, grammar explanations and more structured content to really build my skills.

“simple pronunciation practice
Pros
The application surprised me with its simple approach. I can practice pronunciation, see exactly where I made mistakes and correct them later. The sentence exercises help me form new sentences naturally.
Cons
When I used the free version, it was hard to move beyond certain levels and the learning felt restricted. There were times when the voice recognition didn't capture anything correctly, even when my pronunciation matched the exercise.

“fast learning with practice examples
Pros
Learning feels fast and efficient. In just a few minutes, I can grasp new concepts and the app provides practice examples to reinforce what I just learned.
Cons
I tried to add Swahili, Setswana, Amharic and Mandarin but not all of those languages were available which was a little disappointing.

“boosts confidence with great environment
Pros
It creates a great environment to break the ice and speak confidently. I love the verb tense boards, expanding my vocabulary and the small competitive push from the scoring system. Plus, the number of languages available for a small yearly price is amazing.
Cons
What I wished for was a centralized searchable vocabulary dictionary, something that gathers all learned material in one place. It's frustrating to scroll back through old lessons just to find a word for reference.

“exceptional customer service and support
Pros
Customer service is exceptional for me and my team. The team is responsive, caring and truly invested in the platform which makes our learning even better. The pedagogical approach really enhances the experience.
Cons
There aren't any certified assessments for language skill-building in the app and I would have loved the option to build classrooms like Duo offers. Having VR/XR integrated along with scheduled tutoring could really elevate the experience.

“user friendly for organizational use
Pros
This platform is very user friendly for me and a great tool for organizations wanting to immerse staff or students in a new language. I like that admins can easily monitor progress and organize members within structured programs.
Cons
It would help me a lot if teachers or admins could share activity links directly and if some lessons had more grammar based structures. An internal gamification system, like point based competitions, would also motivate students and make learning fun.

“Great admin portal
Pros
The admin portal is fantastic for me, though adding more features like exams and sharable activity links would make it even better for my team.
Cons
As a teacher, I felt the platform could have a more classroom setting kinda vibe. The interface could definitely be more classroom friendly to make it easier to use during live teaching.

“Simple setup and easy navigation
Pros
I think, setting up the platform is simple for anyone wanting to learn. Also, the layout is clear, simple and easy to navigate.
Cons
Not being able to collect my staff's email addresses directly was inconvenient. I had to contact support to get a list and I wished there was just a simple button that generated it for me.

“Long term subscriptions are great
Pros
I really appreciate being able to purchase multiple subscriptions for several years. It's also great that students can learn a new language starting from their first language.
Cons
So far, I haven't really noticed any missing features. Everything I've needed has worked properly without issue.

“engaging design with motivation
Pros
The design makes learning engaging and enjoyable for me and my team. Daily notifications keep me motivated and overall it's relatively easy to use.
Cons
No significant downsides have come up for me but I would suggest adding more course topics beyond travel and tourism themes. That would make it more useful in different contexts.
