“easy content transfer
Pros
Transferring existing content without needing to recreate it in a new LMS saves me a lot of time and hosting data in France has become a valuable feature for many of my clients.
Cons
I find I need some technical knowledge to properly format content.

“Quick deployment and flexible customization
Pros
Practical recommendations I receive during Q&A phases are very useful and I appreciate how quick deployment and customization can be. Writing takes time, especially when managing different course parts but being able to add the LMS as a subdomain for PRO versions makes the system more flexible for me.
Cons
I've noticed a few minor issues that aren't directly related to LMS functionality but nothing major.

“Productivity boost
Pros
Administrator interface of MOOCit gives me a real productivity boost compared to other Open Edx providers. I like that it feels alive and evolving, with the team regularly adding features that are both useful and relevant.
Cons
It would be useful for me and my team, to receive a monthly or quarterly summary from their team to review new features and updates.

The customization and flexibility in project construction stand out to me as key strengths. Being able to adapt it to my needs has made my work much easier.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how user friendly the platform feels. Navigation is smooth for both trainers and learners and the mobile compatibility makes courses easy to access anywhere. I also enjoy the collaborative features like forums and workgroups that promote interaction, along with the strong multimedia support that enriches the learning experience.

“Complete platform with full branding
Pros
For me, MOOCit is a complete platform with a simple, pleasant interface that keeps the focus on learning. The full branding option is great too, because it lets me fully own the platform.
Cons
Every design customization requires me to go through support, though I admit they respond very quickly.

“Fast issue resolution and reliable backend
Pros
Over six years of using this tool, I've seen how quickly the team resolves issues. We only had two site availability incidents and both were fixed right away. The backend management is reliable and effective.
Cons
I've noticed that communication can sometimes be slow and overly technical for questions, which consider this tool less important. To fix this, we created a system where urgent requests are prioritized and handled quickly, while we know the others will eventually be resolved.

“simple interface and great value
Pros
The simple interface, easy registration process and SCORM compatibility make my job easier. I also find the price quality ratio excellent and the responsive support team gives me confidence in the platform.
Cons
Ergonomics of interactive elements like questionnaires aren't advanced enough for me and they feel complicated compared to authoring software. On top of that, exporting courses in SCORM format is not possible which limits flexibility.

Pros
Access for users feels smooth and simple and the mobile version works well without needing an extra app. As an admin, I appreciate the customization options for registration and the cohort system which allows me to customize content to specific audiences.
Cons
Certificates are not very customizable and as a learner I can't download them in PDF format which is inconvenient.

I find this tool much more affordable than other platforms and I really like how well it works with tools like Genially and videos.

When I signed up for a course, the amount of material available impressed me. Registration was simple, the courses were easy to follow and even applying for certification was quick and easy.

Pros
Starting out was easy because I could access a knowledge library anytime I had questions. Integration of my content was simple, the layout was ergonomic and customer service responded quickly to my requests.
Cons

“Responsive support, minor tweaks needed
Pros
Responsiveness of the team has been a highlight for me. While some settings and labels can feel confusing because of how rich the platform is, I can see it's built to handle even complex challenges with only minor tweaks.
Cons
Some configuration options are limited to certain levels, like only on chapters and I feel they should apply across all levels. That would make the solution nearly perfect in my eyes.

“simple setup with sCORM integration
Pros
The setup was simple and I found the email support and tutorials very detailed. Pricing is much more reasonable compared to other platforms with high setup fees and being able to integrate my SCORM based training without redevelopment was essential.
Cons
The integration with Articulate Storyline isn't complete when it comes to certificate results. For example, a 90% score from Storyline gets rounded down to 0, resulting in failure. Interestingly, this doesn't happen with courses built in Captivate.

“Quick e-learning rollout
Pros
When I needed to roll out an e learning platform quickly, this tool made it possible. The deployment and first course creation were both fast and easy to understand and I noticed how attentive and proactive the team was throughout the process.
Cons
Getting some modules implemented correctly requires me to have a bit of HTML and XML knowledge. I also feel the platform lacks interactive elements that e learning usually brings. To address this, we subscribed to content development platforms like Genially to make learning more engaging.

“Time saving features and simple navigation
Pros
Software is simple to navigate even for new users. I really like the �data upload� category because it lets me create end of training reports easily and the �email� feature saves me time by allowing me to contact nearly 1000 participants a year with just one click.
Cons
What bothers me is not being able to regenerate certificates for participants once the training session is completed and closed.

I loved how quickly I was able to set up my LMS solution thanks to the platform's ease of use and the attentive customer support. Within a few hours, I had my training sessions uploaded with certification diplomas included.
Cons
Right now, the features are still limited and I can't host online video conferences.
