I value the ability to transfer existing content without wasting time recreating it. Hosting data in France is an added benefit for clients who prioritize local data storage.
Cons
I realized you need at least some technical knowledge to properly format content and that might be a barrier for users without such skills.

Practical recommendations during the Q&A stage make a big difference for my team. Deployment and customization are quick, though writing content takes time if my course has multiple sections. The support team is always reachable via email or phone and adding the LMS as a subdomain is a handy feature for PRO versions.
Cons
I think there are a few small elements unrelated to the LMS functionality that could be refined but they don't really interfere with the core experience.

This tool consistently finds solutions to any issues that I face and manages the backend flawlessly. Over six years of use, only two minor incidents occurred, both resolved quickly.
Cons
Sometimes communication feels a little slow or overly technical for topics that are considered less important by the team. However, I like that urgent requests are prioritized, so I know at least my most critical issues will be resolved quickly.

Pros
Simplicity is key for me. The interface is easy to use, registration is easy, SCORM formats are supported and the pricing is fair. Support is also responsive and helpful for me.
Cons
I found that the ergonomics of interactive elements like questionnaires are not advanced or customizable enough and the usability lags behind dedicated authoring tools. It also bothers me that I cannot export courses in SCORM format which limits flexibility.
