Pros
Using My Learning Hub has been really pleasant. Overall it is easy to navigate, gives the exact information you need for learning and works well even with very low data usage. I can access it whenever possible and keep gaining knowledge at my own time.
Cons
I noticed that the platform relies on many supporting portals and that can sometimes lead to information getting lost. There are also moments when this setup makes it hard to finish your work completely.

“flexible training and branding
Pros
Creating engaging, visually polished training courses has been one of the biggest benefits of My Learning Hub for our company. The Authoring Tool lets us build interactive content, decide which activities should be graded and include timed quizzes for extra coaching. We've also been able to tailor the platform to fit our specific needs and incorporate our company branding and logos. On top of that the MLH team did a very good job helping us get all users set up correctly from the start and their support has remained strong well beyond onboarding. They've also been open to feedback and the newer JSON library has been a really welcome addition. We're excited to see that feature set continue to grow.
Cons
One limitation is how course expiration dates currently work. While you can assign expiration dates, users lose access to the course as soon as that date passes. Because of that, we have to manually keep track of whether someone completed a course before the deadline. It would be really helpful if a future update allowed administrators to choose whether users should still have access after a course expires. There are also some restrictions on how much certain course elements can be resized which can occasionally force us to get a little creative when trying to achieve the page layout we want.

“clear and concise courses
Pros
The courses are generally easy to follow, deliver concise information and explain the material in a way that makes sense.
Cons
Some courses repeat certain points too much. It can get distracting when the same thing is stated over and over more than twice, almost as if the learner wouldn't understand the core idea the first time.

After upgrading our franchise learning system to My Learning Hub for more than 3,500 users, the difference has been obvious. The modern interface, simple management tools and strong analytics were the biggest reasons we chose it. Our old platform felt very dated and our System Admins ended up handling nearly all user maintenance for Franchisees and their teams. Just four weeks after launch, we already had dozens of Franchisees actively managing their own teams, assigning learning paths and courses and even planning internal promotions so team leaders can take on those responsibilities too.
Cons
The Authoring Tool is a little complex and somewhat limited when it comes to building internal content.

Pros
This software is very easy to use. Overall it's user friendly, simple to learn and even new or entry level staff can be trained on it without much trouble. The features are very strong and the support from the project managers has been absolutely amazing throughout.
Cons
At times it can take a while to get certain changes made so the platform better fits our broad range of needs especially since our model covers everything from cradle to career. They do make a real effort to adapt it as much as possible but the turnaround can still be slow.

One thing that really works well with My Learning Hub is how easy it is to navigate. The layout is also simple and clear, the interface is uncluttered and the site has a modern look that makes it pleasant to use.
Cons
A few features we would find helpful for our organization are not available right now. That said, our representative was upfront about those gaps and was happy to pass the requests along to the production team for possible future rollout across the network.

Keeping all my training materials in this learning hub has not been a problem and the platform is very simple to navigate. The courses are clear to follow and the content is relevant and informative. I'd definitely recommend it to other professionals who need this kind of training or occasional refreshers especially because it makes it so convenient to monitor completed courses and expiry dates. It's also useful that there are plenty of additional courses available if you want to expand your knowledge. That has been especially valuable for me as my role keeps changing.
Cons
Every now and then, a course doesn't register properly as completed because it won't fully mark the course as finished. When that happens, the system sends automatic overdue reminders even though the training has already been completed.

Pros
Being able to customize learning environments for our customers is truly the best feature of this software. It allows me the opportunity to "sublet" our Learning Management System (LMS), making it incredibly easy to turn our LMS into a profit center.
Cons
While there are some features available in premium LMSs that are not offered here, the price of Docebo or SuccessFactors doesn't justify those features either.
