The learning path is well structured, the team is excellent and the platform makes training simple.

Cons

I'd prefer to have the same trainer throughout the entire process although I understand that isn't always possible.

Pros

The self-paced format worked really well and having the course content available online made it convenient to keep up on my own schedule.

Lab connectivity should have been tested and confirmed before the first cohort started.

Pros

It lets you move through the course material at a pace that feels comfortable for learning. Getting around the courses was simple and I had no trouble accessing the content I needed. It delivers exactly what it's supposed to do.

Cons

That said, the learning portal itself could really use a major refresh. A lot of the web elements feel outdated and the whole site would benefit from a proper overhaul. The content is solid but the UI/UX side definitely needs improvement.

They really understand customer needs and have been very flexible in meeting them.

Cons

Nothing to mention at this point. I haven't had any complaints.

“Wonderful self-paced setup”

Pros

Having a self-paced setup made it really convenient to review and strengthen my skills whenever I needed to. The diagnostic exam was also very useful because it showed me which topics needed the most attention so I could focus my time and energy in the right areas.

Cons

A few parts of the content felt outdated especially considering how quickly security industry standards keep changing. I also ran into questions that were pretty challenging and at times the answers didn't seem to match up with what was covered in the videos.
