“Has all the features we need”
Pros
From my experience, the software is very easy to use and set up. It has all the features I could ever want, like publishing tests for important policies and it really helps drive compliance within our organization.
Cons
I wish there was more flexibility to make changes after publishing. Right now, we usually have to take things offline and republish them which is really troublesome when I notice a simple mistake right after publishing a document or test.

“Easy for end users and simple reporting”
Pros
I find the end user experience to be very easy. We use it to get policy approvals from our users and the reporting function is simple to use while giving us all the audit data we need.
Cons
I don't find it the most simple tool to use. I think some more help screens would make a big difference for users like me.

“Makes compliance much simpler”
Pros
In my opinion, it is very easy to use. It really helps with compliance and makes distributing corporate policies much simpler.
Cons
I occasionally have issues with PDF policies not displaying properly which can be frustrating when I need to access important documents.

Pros
Personally, I like that it has a lot of features, is easy to install and can send out alerts effectively.
Cons
The administration isn't that easy for me to handle and I'd really appreciate better support for Linux systems since that's what our organization uses.

“Quickly track training completion with alerts”
Pros
One thing I value is how easily I can check who has or hasn't completed their training on time. The Alerter module is fantastic because it lets me send quick, focused alerts that users actually notice and act on.
Cons
The editing function when creating policies feels very old to me. It has similarities with Frontpage which has been gone for a long time, making the process feel outdated.

“Easy access for employees but steep learning curve”
Pros
It looks to me like it will make accessing information much easier for our employees and help us stay ahead of regulations more efficiently.
Cons
The learning curve is quite steep in my experience. This software isn't simple and makes learning how to use it painfully slow. I can see what it can do but it doesn't follow a reasonable process to get there. We've had it for a couple of years and are only now seriously trying to learn it properly because it takes a fair amount of dedicated time to get it up and running.

“Effective rule enforcement but tedious policy updates”
Pros
I've found that it distributes Policies and Procedures very effectively and forces users to follow the rules I set. The reporting modules are also great and very useful.
Cons
I find it a very tedious process to add and implement new policies. Once policies are added, it's not obvious without digging deep into the product which policy is live or distributed. The policies and admin of user groups are also quite tough in my experience and could definitely be improved.

“Effective policy updates, weak survey features”
Pros
I think the Policy Management is really good. We can update policies and distribute them to our users simplely without any issues.
Cons
As an assessor, I feel the assessor tool needs more development when used as a survey function. It's not really able to compete with SurveyMonkey or SharePoint when trying to implement a survey facility.

“Easy to use with AD but reporting is limited”
Pros
What I like most is its ease of use, the ability to attach related documents and the fact that I can use Active Directory for distribution lists.
Cons
I'm frustrated by the limited nature of the reports I can run. I would really like to be able to run my own reports or have the ability to customize standard reports to meet my needs more closely.

“Easy distribution but has a confusing folder structure”
Pros
From my perspective, the ease of distribution is a major advantage. It's also simple to update a document and re-issue it. The Kiosk feature is easy to review, so users can quickly see which policies are currently "live."
Cons
The structure, including names of folders, was difficult for me to understand at first. The reports also seem over elaborate for our requirements and could be simplified.

“Great for ISO 27001 compliance”
Pros
The ease of use and the support provided are what I find most valuable. It's perfect for ISO 27001 and manages our policies incredibly well.
Cons
The only thing I can comment on is the restriction on creating online training and not being able to select multiple options for a question. However, I appreciate that it's not primarily online training software, though this would be a good enhancement.
