“Appreciate its customization
Pros
The "pay-as-you-go" pricing model has been exactly what I needed. All of our learners are from outside our company, so predicting volume and usage used to be tricky. Moreover the flexibility has been fantastic and the support team has always been responsive, taking care of our needs.
Cons
The system can sometimes feel a bit clunky to navigate. While the new interface offers some helpful features, it's not always clear, and the terminology can be confusing. There's definitely room for improvement in the user interface, and the documentation often leaves something to be desired. However I've found that the support team is always quick to respond to any issues or questions we have. With their reliable assistance, I feel confident that we can easily address any shortcomings that arise.

“A Top class LMS tool

About seven years ago, I switched from SABA to NetExam, and I managed the whole transition on my own in less than a month! Setting it up was a breeze, with plenty of automated features that make admin tasks easy. Our users love the platform's flexibility, and the support team is fantastic which is always quick to respond to any issues or feature requests. With cool features like API integrations and gamification, plus competitive pricing, I really feel valued as a customer. We use NetExam for various training needs, including internal sales training, external partner training, and certification for our distribution partners and ecosystem allies. Overall, it's been a great experience!
Cons
I would love to access the database to pull real time data for advanced analysis and dashboarding using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Excel PowerPivot, and Tableau. This limitation isn't unique to NetExam. It's a common issue with many vendors in this space. While NetExam's ad hoc reporting interface is great, I want to take my data analysis to the next level!
