“Smooth Course Migration Experience

Pros

I've found it incredibly helpful for transforming our content into something far more interactive and engaging. It has allowed us to take what would traditionally be static information and turn it into a dynamic experience that grabs the audience�s attention. This not only makes the content more appealing but it also makes learning better and keeps people engaged which has been great for improving overall user experience. Plus, getting feedback from multiple course coaches has been a game-changer for us.

Cons

The way everything is laid out can sometimes be confusing for both learners and coaches, especially if the courses aren't designed carefully. You really need to pay attention to the design or people will get lost.

“easy to get started with and user-friendly system

Pros

The content management options are great. I can schedule material releases for self-paced learning which works perfectly for my courses. I really like how interactive everything is with built-in discussions, quizzes, document submissions and even a gallery where everyone can check out each other's work. Managing users as an admin is simple and doesn't require much technical know-how.

Cons

Sometimes finding the features isn't very easy and I end up looking for them for a while but I always find what I need eventually. Honestly, that's about the only thing I'd complain about.

Pros

All the tools are so easy to use, dragging and dropping content wherever I need it is amazing. Plus, being able to move or duplicate things between different modules makes my workflow so much smoother.

Cons

The tool menu keeps disappearing whenever I try to add or edit something, which is really annoying. Plus, the edit button in the top right corner is hard to find and it took me forever to notice it when I first started using this.

Building detailed profiles and adding videos, images and other media is very simple and smooth.

Cons

It would be nice to see if other users are currently online or active in the system.

The platform makes it easy for both learners and developers to create content that blends knowledge gathering with hands-on practice and feedback.

Cons

Works better for longer courses, not so much for smaller, bite-sized content. You can split things into sections but they don't really act like full LMS modules.

What I love most is the learner experience. We've seen significant improvements in engagement and retention rates.

Cons

Not having LMS integration is a big issue for us. I'd definitely suggest adding this to make things run smoother.

Pros

I like how learners can engage with both instructors and other students in the cohort setup. The gamification features are a huge hit. As an admin, the flexible notification system and detailed analytics make managing courses so much easier, plus having different assignment types gives me tons of options for creating diverse content.

Cons

The individual leaderboard works well but I'd love to see a team leaderboard too. The licensing doesn't really fit our business but the team has been really helpful in figuring out workarounds.

It's so convenient being able to track coursework, monitor user activity and send direct messages all from one dashboard as an admin.

Cons

Changing class titles isn't as easy as I'd like and it can be frustrating when I need to make quick updates.

I like the community features but they aren't strong enough for connecting with alumni and it feels pretty basic right now.

I love having dedicated support through my account manager and instructional designer. The personal touch really makes a difference.

The lack of automatic HRIS integration is frustrating but I've heard it's coming soon.

Pros

I'm honestly impressed by how learners respond to this platform. The engagement levels and discussions really take off, plus the networking opportunities are awesome. The leaderboard adds that competitive edge that keeps everyone motivated. What I love most is the flexibility to include third-party content, eLearning modules, Zoom sessions and embedded documents or presentations. You can even add images to create visually stunning learning experiences that actually keep people engaged. The assignment options work great whether it's individual work or team projects. Their support team is fantastic too and they're responsive whenever I have questions and always ready with helpful resources.

Cons

Some of the templates don't give me much freedom when I try to customize program layouts and page designs. More flexibility would be great.

Pros

I like how the learning experience flows so smoothly and easily. Unlike other platforms I've used, this one isn't glitchy or awkward to use.

Cons

What bugs me the most is all the unknowns. I haven't seen how it works with other systems or how the admin interface looks but I'm hoping it'll all be fine.

The assignment functionality is probably my favorite part of the whole system.

The layout took some getting used to at first. It would be helpful to have more guidance for new users like me.
