Pros
The staff can access it easily, although it could use some tweaks. Simon from tech support has always been there whenever I need help.
Cons
It's frustrating that it can't handle basic tasks like bulk cancellations and I should be able to take care of that myself. The mobile app is a letdown since you can't really do tasks from home, you have to be on a laptop.

Using the app on my iPad instead of the laptop really limits what I can do compared to the full program.
