“Simple to handle”
Pros
It felt simple to use, with a well-organized interface that makes it easy to get the hang of and key features quick to access. The modular setup is another big plus because it lets us keep adding functionality to the platform as needed. On top of that, their helpdesk customer service has been excellent and we consistently get prompt support whenever something comes up. I've now rolled out Op Central in two different businesses and it has been a fantastic option for organisations wanting to optimise their operations.
Cons
A few things could still be improved. Uploading files would feel much more user-friendly if there were drag-and-drop functionality. We've also had some concerns about certain useful modules being removed since they previously added a lot of value. In addition, the platform hasn't been very flexible around some of our communication-related suggestions which has limited how well it can meet our specific needs. Even so, these are fairly minor issues compared with the overall value Op Central delivers.

“Clear interface with clear sections”
Pros
The interface is clean, with clearly organized sections that make it simple to handle. It works really well for segmenting our franchise locations and managing user permissions.
Cons
A downside is the lack of a public API and the limited integrations with other external software. The documentation on the Op Central website is also pretty sparse.
