“Accessible, simple & social learning

Pros

I've found the platform easy to access and simple to use and it gives me strong tools for building and delivering courses while focusing on social learning to keep students engaged.

Cons

For me the color palette feels a little dull and I think it probably requires some time to get used to.

What I enjoy most is how simple it is to upload nearly any type of material, photos, URLs, videos, without hassle and the clean layout helps learners navigate easily. I also like the Conversation tool where I can flag issues and get quick, actionable responses.

Cons

A few things that could make a big improvement: giving the widget quizzes a more polished, modern design and most importantly, letting us embed images directly into questions. I'd also love to see some new widget types like a poll option to make things more interactive.

This tool's interface very user-friendly and the simple layout lets me move through courses smoothly. With its interactive tools and reliable support, I always feel like there's help available whenever I run into a problem.

I'm wishing facilitators had more customization controls within the learning environment so they could tailor experiences to specific needs and it would be great if the system also made modifying or updating course content simpler and built into the workflow rather than being an afterthought.

What I appreciate most is that the platform feels very simple so even those with little technical experience can navigate it easily and start using it without much of a learning curve.

Cons

In my experience it's heavily focused on course structure rather than on individual learners and I'd like to see much more detailed tracking so instructors can follow student progress and engagement closely.

It is incredibly flexible and user-friendly, letting me access a wide range of educational materials while also tapping into peer learning. Because it's not limited by time zones, location or language, I can design courses that let learners move at their own pace and have real control over their progress.

Cons

Because several of the courses I put together demand practical, hands-on abilities and real-world experience that purely online platforms struggle to recreate convincingly, I end up having to supplement the online curriculum with an in-person workshop so that learners gain the tactile practice and mentorship those courses require.

Using this tool has been excellent for organizing courses, handling large numbers of learners without issues and providing tools that feel simple and easy for me to operate.

What really frustrates me is the platform's mailing system even though I went into the notification settings and turned every alert off, I'm still bombarded with daily emails which flood my inbox and create a distracting, noisy stream that interrupts my workflow.

Pros

The product feels very approachable and when help is needed, the support team typically responds quickly and efficiently which makes using it much less stressful for me.

Cons

It would be helpful if assessments could be organized by groups within a single class for a given course because currently I can't split or assign evaluations to different student groups which complicates collaborative grading.

Honestly I can't easily upload Multiple Choice Questions.

Pros

For me the feature I value most is the content setup. Arranging modules and pages is incredibly easy with a click and I can drag and drop modules to reorganize on the fly which makes content creation simple. Tagging modules also helps me map objectives to lessons and keep everything aligned.

I think the learner analytics could be more great, beyond just showing course completion, I'd like to see more granular details included, such as regional data points, for example states for users coming from Malaysia, so that I can better understand and segment learner populations and make more informed decisions about outreach or localized content.

Using it, I find it a user-friendly, all-in-one system for both learners and instructors and uploading materials or assessing student submissions flows smoothly. The service has proved sturdy and dependable in my experience.

The primary drawback is the price which can feel steep at times yet I also acknowledge that the higher fee seems to match the value and capabilities offered, so in many ways you truly do get what you pay for.

I sometimes feel unclear about who actually owns the courses I create because different lecturers end up teaching the same module which causes confusion.

I feel that the exam-bank system still seems a bit premature it lacks polish and the functionality hasn't matured enough for reliable use in its current state.

Whenever I open this education site, it feels fantastic because learners from all over the world participate and it features innovative formats like 'short courses.' I enjoy reading the presenter's introduction and often check comments and enrollments to gauge engagement before signing up.

Occasionally when I use the Course types filter and select 'qualification' I find that no matching courses appear which makes it frustrating because I can't locate the specific qualification option I'm searching for.
