I haven't even been able to use the thing so I honestly don't have anything I like about it yet.

Cons

I got an auto-generated email from Paradiso with a temporary password but it didn't even include a link to the actual site. I tried Googling "Paradiso login" and had a really hard time just finding a place to type in my username and password.

Pros

Honestly the sales pitch was the best part. They promised Paradiso would do all these amazing things for our testing.

Cons

The whole process took longer than we hoped and I wish the communication had been more upfront and honest from the start. But in the end they did get the job done for us.

“There is no Shopify Integration as they suggest on their site and in sales calls

Pros

We were initially drawn to the idea of compatibility with Shopify. However, after over four months of using the service, we've encountered significant challenges. Regrettably, they lack in-house Shopify developers or support, leaving us unable to implement the product. Furthermore, they've ceased responding to our inquiries.

Cons

The fact that it's incompatible with Shopify is the most disappointing aspect.

“hands down the best product we've tried

Pros

We really liked using this product. The software was customizable, easy to use and we loved the cloud storage. Since our department is all about numbers, being able to run our own reports whenever we wanted was a huge help. I really wish we could have kept it but with budget freezes and us being short-staffed, we had to cut it to make ends meet. My boss and my IT coworker both liked it too. I'm pretty sure we'll come back to this product once we sort our budget out.

Cons

site was a bit slow to use especially when moving between pages but other than that we were managing. To be fair my own computer runs on hamster-speed on a good day so I can't complain about the navigation too much.

“Saves on training costs but slow and clunky

Pros

The best part is that there's no need for classroom training. With our team spread across four different continents, providing online training is so much easier. It saves us a ton of money on training costs and flights. Plus features like gamification and the interactive videos are really well done.

Cons

The overall cost is a little bit high. The site is a little slow and the clunky navigation can sometimes kill your interest in doing the training. The user interface doesn't feel like it's updated regularly. It could use consistent improvements based on user feedback.

“outdated moodle version limits features

Pros

Their platform is based on Moodle and it's super easy for me to manage and administrate. The courses have these great designs and personalized formats and you can configure them even if you're not good at web design. They also gave us a really helpful and personalized orientation course that got us started on the right foot.

Cons

They're using an older version of Moodle that doesn't support GDPR compliance. On their website they offered modules for 360-degree evaluations of our staff but when we asked for help with it, they refused because that module isn't supported in their outdated Moodle version.

Pros

This is great for a startup company just getting its feet wet. It really helps with training employees and keeping everyone on the same page.

Cons

I don't have anything to complain about with this software so far.

You can manage every part of your eLearning software, from building courses with your company's branding to tracking how people are doing with goals and reports. They've made an LMS that's genuinely innovative. Unlike a lot of the simpler options out there, Paradiso allows for some really powerful customization which is perfect for users who need something more advanced.

Cons

I really wish they had HR software to go along with the LMS. Also it takes a good 3-5 hours of training just to get the gist of how the whole platform works.

It offers a really great, workable experience. The platform is easy to use, it feels comfortable and it's versatile enough for what we need.

Cons

At first I had a lot of trouble setting up the Learning Paths. Some of the steps I had to follow to get it configured properly were confusing. It was a huge help to have the company's support team walk me through it.

I like how the interface looks and there's a really long list of content options to choose from.

Cons

The coding seems sloppy. For example the date format is different in many places so they don't seem to have a consistent standard. When my finished reports are sorted by date, a format like 12/07/2018 means a report I ran on August 3rd gets listed before one I ran on July 12th, but after one from September 1st. It makes no sense
