Pros
Bringing AI into hiring feels like a fresh direction especially with the way it can evaluate interviewers which is something quite unique. The addition of games for assessments also stands out as a new and interesting concept in the hiring process.
Cons
At the same time, relying on AI comes with the risk of the technology being misleading. I also think the assessment games should be tailored to the specific role people are applying for and they should not be repeated.
