“great for uploading quizzes and team videos”
Pros
This tool has worked really well for uploading our welcome messages, quizzes and team videos. It's also nice that we can create multiple sections for every topic we need to cover which makes organizing everything much better.
Cons
It isn't as user-friendly as I expected it to be. I'd also appreciate more guidance during the initial setup process. I haven't needed to contact customer support yet but I'll probably be reaching out soon with a few questions especially about how to access quiz results and similar details.

“Ease of implementation”
Pros
Getting a new team or staff onboarded with it has been very simple. It's easy to use and setting it up for new employees doesn't take much effort. I also really appreciate being able to create department-specific profiles so each group only sees the information that applies to them.
Cons
it's another piece of software we've had to add to our workflow. When you're working with a seasonal team, having too many apps and programs in the mix can start to feel overwhelming.

Being able to combine photos, videos and written procedures in one place makes the training content much more effective for different learning styles.
Cons
The only downside was the amount of time needed to get everything set up at the beginning.

“Best way to organize info”

From a technical director's perspective, this platform gives me a solid way to capture, explain and organize the key parts of our product so they can be shared across sales and marketing throughout the company. Nothing truly replaces face-to-face training but this tool does a really good job of putting high-level information in front of people to help start conversations, while also giving them a go-to resource whenever they need a refresher. It also lets you build training campaigns, send alerts for new or important updates, create surveys to measure how effective the training is and use reporting features to track user progress.
Cons
Our culture is centered around Care, Trust, Quality, Passion and Growth and those values are usually reinforced best through in-person interaction. With so many digital platforms to manage, it's very easy for people to become complacent and lose sight of how valuable collaborative conversation can be. That feels less like a fault of Playbook Builder itself and more like a side effect of modern technology and the broader shift toward more isolated work setups. As far as the software goes, it includes the tools needed to provide a consistent and repeatable source for training and information.

Pros
It has been an excellent solution for organizing and sharing our business processes and training content. It does a really nice job of balancing a user-friendly interface with a strong set of features. Being able to add videos, work with customizable templates and even create QR codes has made our onboarding and training programs much more structured and efficient.
Cons
A few people on our team ran into issues with the platform's video functionality which affected how we used multimedia content. Even so, Playbook Builder has remained worth it for us because their team responds quickly and provides genuinely helpful support.

Pros
This tool works really well for onboarding new employees and also serves as a reliable step-by-step reference which helps keep important knowledge from slipping away over time. I still use it as a guide even for tasks I've completed many times since it's pretty common to miss a small step now and then. It's also simple to roll out and update quickly whenever processes change.
Cons
The interface takes a little time to get comfortable with and a few features could be improved for training use. Things like knowledge checks or tests don't always work the way they should.

Pros
Using it has been simple on both sides, whether I'm managing it as an administrator or using it as part of the team. The setup and navigation make sense so people can get in, locate what they need and move on without confusion. It does a really nice job with organization and I appreciate being able to share videos, links, documents and other resources all in one place. On top of that, customer support has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever needed.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more flexibility with delayed communications such as scheduling something to go out every other week, once a month or on other custom intervals.
