Pros

This system lets me keep all student information organized in one place. Communication with students and tracking admissions data has become much simpler. What I find most useful is being able to see exactly which courses each student has enrolled in across different terms.

Cons

Support feels non-existent when you need help and the lead nurturing feature just doesn't deliver what you'd expect from a modern system.

Populi eliminates all the useless features that most learning systems tend to include.

Testing features feel pretty complex to work with. I couldn't get tests to run in a lockdown browser which meant my online exams had zero security.Students could just copy and paste from other browser tabs without any issues. Moving around is another pain point for me. When I need to switch between different student tests, I have to go all the way back to the gradebook each time. There really should be a simpler way to flip between them.

The pricing seems fair when you compare it to other options out there, though that's not exactly a high bar to clear.

Cons

The interface feels really outdated like something from the early 2000s with that old frame-based website look. Functionality is pretty limited too and we end up having to use some awkward workarounds to get things done, even though it technically does what we need.

“Easy to use with good profiles and history

Pros

Interface was pretty easy to learn and it gets things done without making everything unnecessarily complex. Creating profiles is a nice feature since it helps me connect with fellow students. I appreciate being able to keep a history of my courses and access instructor notes even after classes end. The discussion board settings work really well and I can easily track my responses and stay engaged with classmates.

Cons

Getting back to specific assignments or lessons isn't always the simplest. Related items aren't grouped together so I find myself jumping around quite a bit. It's pretty easy to miss something if youre not sure what to look for. The assignment list feels overwhelming with how everything is displayed right now. I wish there were better integrations so instructors could post recorded lessons directly in the interface. Maybe that feature exists and we're just not using it but currently we have to go to another app for videos. Having livestream integration would be incredibly helpful too.
