“Simple to move around :)

It is simple to move around, handling client problems is easier too and the reporting is a definite step up from our old system.

Pros

Prosperity by Ziiva gives us everything we need to stay compliant in a tightly regulated industry and it does not break the bank. Also it is fully 21 CFR11 compliant which is great. Learners can take both internal and external training and the reporting is also simple but thorough. As a pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging company, we looked at a lot of different LMS options and it was clearly the best fit. Even their customer service is absolutely top-notch.

Cons

So far I have not run into anything that I am not happy with.

“Really flexible with great integration support

Pros

Two big positives stand out right away. First the system is really flexible and seems ready for just about any situation I have come across. I have integrated it with another application which brings me to the second point. The team worked really closely with my developers to manage the integration project. They were quick to respond and helped us spot and solve issues before they became problems. Now with a responsive system in place, we have a modern platform that works the way our clients do.

Cons

It took me a bit longer than expected to really understand the admin side of things. I set this up a few years ago and there have been noticeable improvements since then. Once I got the hang of it, the system became easy to use and has been mostly trouble-free.

It is user-friendly for people using it on the front end and easy for our team to manage on the back end. We had to roll it out early without a proper testing phase but we did not run into any major issues as we scaled up to full operation.

Cons

There are not any downsides.

Pros

The software is user friendly and has helped our company make training more efficient while proactively keeping our employees skills up to date. We have also been able to build employee assessments right into the platform. Moving to electronic documentation supports our facility's sustainability goals by reducing our carbon footprint. Plus we have been able to customize training tools and methods to fit our companys specific needs. The tool frees us from having to use generic, one-size-fits-all products that are not designed for the food industry. They also gave us access to a wide range of resources so we could pick the exact training we needed. Most importantly, all employee training and assessment records are stored in one central place.

Cons

We honestly don't have any complaints about this software but it would be great if they added some kind of buzzer tool for classroom groups to track individual results during live training sessions.

“Incredible flexibility, confusing system

Pros

Prosperity LMS design flexibility lets us present courses in almost unlimited ways, organize them by program and customize how quizzes work. Support especially from the tech team is solid. Plus being able to brand the site, certificates and automated emails is another strong point.

Cons

The difficulty of using the system is a real obstacle. It seems like Ziiva is in the middle of a complete redesign. The documentation is detailed and complete but it does not always match what's actually in the platform. There are also multiple ways to do the same task such as how you enroll, register or invite students into a course varies and can be confusing. So I often end up needing tech support to help me out.
