“Qooper experience”
Pros
The availability of learning materials and the convenience of scheduling meetings and chatting directly within the app is something like the most. Also it makes it easy to track progress in mentor relationships.
Cons
Initially, I downloaded the app from the Apple App Store and used it for my original meetings. However, when I decided to switch to the browser version, I wasn't aware that there are separate webpages for Mentee sign-in compared to the regular site. Perhaps having a link on the sign-in page that directs you to the Mentee site could help alleviate potential confusion.

“NPower Match Mentoring”
Pros
The ability to share lessons with teammates is what I like most about Qooper.
Cons
The most frustrating aspect of Cooper is the occasionally difficult user interface for chats. The input field doesn't expand.
