“Great for organized, connected modules
Pros
All the modules feel connected and organized, so navigating them is simple and I rely on the ERP reports to extract and compute the exact data we need.
Cons
There are a few redundant submodules that clutter the interface which I find unnecessary and I also run into storage capacity problems from time to time.

“Easy navigation!
Pros
I find the platform easy and simple to navigate and after using other systems like iCloudEMS and IEMS, this one feels far more user-friendly.
Cons
For our organization, we need the timetable module to be improved so it can better match our specific scheduling needs since the current setup doesn't provide the flexibility or features required for our operations.

“Reliable finance & HR modules
Pros
The finance module is rock-great, reliably handling fee collections, payment integrations and scholarships and the online admission system makes processing applicants easy. Payroll, HRMS and biometric timesheets perform well and the reporting is accurate and detailed. The overall academic structure works smoothly and the broad range of third-party integrations is impressive.
Cons
I haven't noticed any functional shortcomings so far, however the user interface could benefit from a cosmetic and usability overhaul since improving the UI and aligning navigation would make the system easier and more pleasant for everyday users.

“Comprehensive feature set
Pros
For me all the essential capabilities are available and the platform includes all the critical features I need, making it highly comprehensive.
Cons
I often can't reach support by email or phone for general issues and it feels like the only time they respond promptly is when it's about payments, so they really need to improve their support system.

“Time-saving ERP features
Pros
As an educator, I notice ERP saves time and reduces paperwork and I use it to share pre- and post-reading materials, assignments, mock tests, case studies and other resources with my students.
Cons
While using it, I noticed that some modules need to be modified to meet our specific requirements and I would prefer greater flexibility so those changes can be made when needed.

Pros
It handles every academic and non-academic module and provides NAAC accreditation reports which I find very useful.
Cons
We users need an iOS app, since currently only the Android app is provided.

“Comprehensive module handling
Pros
I've seen that it includes all modules needed for lead management, the student lifecycle, faculty and administrative tasks, NAAC accreditation and alumni relations which makes managing everything easier for me.
Cons
It would be helpful if they added more detailed budget-versus-expense reports and I'd also welcome expanded functionality in the mobile app.

“Accessible library management
Pros
The library management system is incredibly accessible, so even new staff can get up to speed quickly and its simple modules have made me recommend it to several other institutions already.
Cons
Okay so... I've found it to be very user-friendly, to the point that virtually anyone can operate it on first use without a steep learning curve, although beginners may still appreciate a brief walkthrough.

“Flexible integrations
Pros
It's remarkably easy for me to plug into our existing applications and adapt for custom processes and because it's data-driven, it significantly improves how we operate.
Cons
Layout definitely needs improvement because it isn't visually engaging enough to draw users in and I would like to see integrated dynamic reporting so that I and other users have the flexibility to design report formats and select the content we need.

“Usability improvements needed
Pros
From my experience, the platform collects a huge volume of information which makes reporting possible, though I wish the report display and flow were a bit clearer.
Cons
there's a long way to go before the interface feels truly simple and user-friendly and they need to focus on a number of usability and design improvements to make it easier for people to use.
