“Fast integration and easy to use

Pros

I appreciated how fast the integration process was and it's also very easy to work with this tool on a daily basis.

Cons

Some small features are missing for me, such as being able to change the �from� mail account.

I have started using it and found that it's an easy system to master and the support provided has been great whenever help was needed.

It's not possible for me to download e-learnings as a SCORM file which feels limiting.

There seems to be a solution for every problem so far and the Rakoo team is always helpful for me and my company. They answer questions quickly and showing deep knowledge of their software.

The staff is always friendly and helpful with me whenever I need any help. Customer ideas are implemented quickly and the platform keeps evolving with fast responses to requests.

Since the platform offers so many features, I automatically expect more. It often feels like �if this is possible, then that should be too,� but unfortunately not everything can be exactly how i'd like.

It's a fantastic tool for me and onboarding new employees in my company and also for keeping them updated on any changes to the processes they are already familiar with.

As an admin, I find the UX could be better. Creating content isn't always as simple as I'd like.

“Freedom to design interactive learnings

Pros

I love the freedom to design and write my own learnings, make them interactive and adapt them to different contexts. It evolves fast and the collaboration with customers makes it even stronger.

Cons

With this tool, I see a few improvement areas. First, communication through different mediums could be made easier, like sending a learning link in a message or email should open smoothly and adapt to the audience. For me the invitations don't look attractive and often the process stops at account creation, so motivating users to sign up and follow learnings is a challenge. Second, the quality of content varies too much for me, some summaries are excellent but others like a business canvas without instructions feel incomplete and lower the platform's value. Lastly, I don't think it engages younger generations well. Reading texts and answering questions isn't appealing to them anymore. Adding videos helps but the current process of creating, uploading to YouTube and linking is time consuming and not user friendly for admins, this could be made easier.

“Clean and organized platform design

In my opinion, the platform looks clean and organized for both creators and end users which makes it easy to start right away with a fresh and simple design for my team.

Cons

The e-learning functionalities feel pretty basic which might be intentional but I can't attach all file types to courses. It would help for me to have a built in image database to quickly add visuals like dividers instead of creating everything manually. Filtering by customer number isn't possible either, which would make things easier. Reporting and alert functions also need to be clearer and more effective.

“Simple, user friendly admin tool

Pros

The biggest advantage of this tool is how simple and user friendly it feels, making it easy for me as an admin as well as for the users to work with. Another big plus is having access to both ready made e-learnings and the option to create my own.

Cons

One downside of this module is that I'm limited to the question types they designed. I can't create new formats beyond what already exists, only adjust the wording of the questions.

Pros

I find it great that I can easily create my own content and there are plenty of features that make the process versatile. The software works smoothly on all devices, comes with great reporting for HR and managers, integrates well with other systems and feels secure overall.

Cons

So far, I haven't faced any real disadvantages, though I think Brainpower (adaptive learning with questions) could be better integrated with Learn, where the e-learnings are created.

What stands out for me is that this tool is great for adaptive and demand driven learning, along with the fresh design and modern content formats. It is also very flexible which makes creating and assembling courses really convenient for my team.

I feel the development roadmap could be followed more closely to stay on track.

The software allows me to build personal learning modules and learning paths, while also exploring short modules in the library. I like the variety in how lessons are offered, from interactive videos and quizzes to flashcards and more.

The thing I noticed that analytics are helpful for managers but in some cases the data provided is too limited.

For my team, it's a fantastic platform because it lets us stay flexible in how we use it. It brings everything together by combining LMS, UXP and CMS functions into one system.

For me, onboarding takes a while because there's a lot to learn and sometimes small bugs appear or things don't work as expected, though I know this comes with having so many options.

Creating content is quick and easy for me and the processing speed is really impressive.

Signing up feels too difficult for me and my team. The app has limited features for video calling and interactive use.

As a beginner in e-learning development, I find it very simple to use and truly user friendly. Getting the necessary overviews and handling administration tasks is also very easy.

I miss some options for creating new content and working with images.
