“Customizable reporting”

Pros

It gives us a full picture of both students and faculty which has been really valuable. The interface feels user-friendly and simple to work with and exporting data into reports is very convenient. I also appreciate how customizable it is since we can capture the profile details that matter most to our school instead of being limited to a basic out-of-the-box setup.

Cons

I haven't been on the system very long but I've noticed there seems to be a mismatch between a student's line schedule and block schedule. I've been told the line schedule is the more reliable one to reference although I personally prefer the block schedule display because it feels much clearer and easier to read.

“Knowledgeable and friendly team”

Pros

Right away, the level of customization stood out. There are plenty of useful presets to start with and they can be expanded or adjusted to fit what we need. The platform has also been very dependable the entire time we've used it and the online version is fast when it comes to getting tasks done. On top of that, Rediker has one of the best support teams I've worked with, very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. The super database is another big plus since it makes it possible to track a lot of valuable information.

Cons

At this point, the only real drawback is that many integrations still require CSV exports. From what I understand, they are working on adding more APIs to make that better.
