Failed to Deliver Promised Courses and Refused Refund
Pros

None. We could not attend the promised courses and they refused our refund.

Cons

RedVector falsely advertised courses they did not have and did not deliver what they promised. It was a waste of our time and money.

There are basic functionalities and numerous defects. It only works as intended on Chrome and requires all our computers to have Internet Explorer installed.

LMS for AEC
Pros

I am impressed with the quality of the customer service provided by this platform. It offers a diverse range of lessons tailored to the needs of the AEC community. In addition, the ability to create and host customized lessons is a fantastic feature that adds value to the platform.

Cons

We need Vector Solutions' assistance every time we need to modify or troubleshoot the content on our outdated platform. The delay in fixing issues leads to user frustration. Adopting a new release is expected to provide the administrator with better control and improved usability.
