“very smooth to use
Pros
I love how easy this is to use..the dashboard lets me track our training progress in real time which keeps everything on course. And the community feature is awesome for getting instant feedback from everyone making collaboration feel natural and immediate.
Cons
Every single Friday without fail the whole thing slows to a crawl or just bugs out because that's when everyone is logged in. It's incredibly frustrating.

What really stands out to me is how the tool empowers me as an administrator. While the interface is welcoming and easy for anyone to pick up.
Cons
I really need to be able to export way more stuff like pulling detailed reports on training requests that come through the catalog.

Pros
Honestly it has become a powerful part of my daily routine. It works for beginners and pros alike and has all the perfect features I need.
Cons
The design definitely needs a facelift. On the dashboard I can't easily control which training a trainee sees first and honestly the layout is visually confusing for them and they can't really tell the difference between a simple training course and a full career path.

It's all about the smooth user experience. It just works and I feel like I can use all its functions without any problem.
Cons
There are just some random glitches here and there and certain elements are rigid and not very flexible to use.

“easy expert training setup
Pros
A few things really stand out for me. First setting up our experts to create training is easy and they only need a 45-minute course to get started. I also love that I can build e-learning modules right online without needing complicated tools like Articulate. If I ever have a question, the integrated chat support is super fast and efficient. And the best part? I set up a whole separate login page for our suppliers in under 10 minutes. Oh.... and the single sign-on works perfectly too.
Cons
automated reports and aggregated data are actually really rich which is great. If a specific report is missing I can create my own. The one thing I am waiting for is RiseUp to polish the final look and feel so I can forward these as ready-to-go quarterly or yearly PDFs. Also the connectors to SAP Talent Management and SalesForce are crucial and they are supposed to be integrated for our company this year and I'm really hoping that happens.

“sleek and customizable design
Pros
Big fan of the platform's sleek design and how we could customize the colors to match our brand. As a learner, finding and taking a course is so simple. As a trainer, it's just as easy to create fun modules with videos and quizzes. Plus the training they offered for us trainers was a huge help.
Cons
Getting started was lil difficult. There are so many elements to configure that the implementation took our training team a really long time. But to be fair, I think we would have had the same issue with any other platform.

“meets core needs but exporting data and filters painful
Pros
It mostly does what we need it to. We can create online courses, set up custom certificates for when people finish and easily manage all our users by just uploading a new Excel file. It handles the big stuff perfectly.
Cons
exporting data is a pain...it's both complex and somehow incomplete. Another huge waste of time is that I can't duplicate configurations for certificates, documents or surveys (even though I can for emails). Also the filters really annoy me because there's no "everything except" option.

Actually I appreciate how I can map out the learning paths for courses. After the initial setup it's super easy for both our learners and teachers to use. I also like that I can make legal documents available right there on the platform for everyone to access.
Cons
Customization is limited. I can't make multiple templates for legal documents and with training evaluation questionnaires I can't even introduce the questionnaire properly or add a "thank you" message at the end. Plus setting the whole tool up as an admin is way too complicated if you are not already an expert.

Pros
I love that my trainees can just access all their courses and videos online. It's helped us go completely paperless and ditch the USB keys which is a huge win for us.
Cons
My biggest issue is that I have no way of knowing if a user actually got their registration email. If I make a typo in an intern's email address I don't find out until it's too late. They never receive the summons and then they just don't show up.

I am impressed by the huge variety of formats I can use when I am developing new training courses. It gives me a lot of creative freedom.
Cons
I had a hard time wrapping my head around how to use the tables and the whole concept of "intelligent rules" took me a while to figure out.

Finally a product that just makes sense! It was easy to figure out, simple to set up and adding content is also very smooth. The smartphone app is also super handy for on-the-go access.
Cons

I like the design but what stands out most is the chat bot. It's great knowing there are real people available to help whenever I get "blocked" or have a question.
Cons
Fully customizing this platform is way harder than it should be. For example, creating quizzes is a pain because there aren't enough options and the final result just doesn't look good especially compared to something like Wooclap.

it's the perfect mix of powerful features and simplicity. I love that I can customize our evaluation questionnaires and it's all at a reasonable price. The deep integration with Teams, the dedicated mobile app and the ability to manage French legal documents are all huge pluses for me.
Cons
There are so many little things I can't do: I can't choose my own response scales in evaluation questionnaires and I can't ask dynamic questions about learning objectives. Also that extra fee for the Teams integration are excessive. What I'd really love is to be able to use both billing methods (licenses and tokens) at the same time since we have employees on licenses and external customers on tokens.

Pros
What really stands out to me is how fluid and easy everything is. Whether I am working as the Administrator or logging in as a learner, the experience is consistently smooth.
Cons
I need more features to fine-tune course assignments. Also the homepage is not as readable as it could be for instance I can't create folders to group content together. The thumbnails look great but they take over the whole screen.

the highlights are definitely the simple, clean interface and how easy the whole platform is to manage and administer from the back end.
Cons
There are a handful of features I am just missing: certain exports some specific settings and working with the Datalab and data in general feels laggy and not very simple.
