“Fell short when it comes to quality
Pros
one thing I really like about them is that they kept a really positive attitude even when things got complicated or stressful.
Cons
The quality control really fell short. I had to monitor the project closely at every stage and put in a lot of extra effort to ensure it matched our company's standards. For instance the initial scripts they sent over were so subpar that I ended up rewriting them completely. I spent far more time than expected because there were repeated mistakes in the materials sent for review.

Pros
collaborating with the Instructional Design team was the best. There were times I could tell they went above and beyond whether that meant making an extra tweak or letting me know when a part of the script needed reworking to better connect with our audience. Also I worked closely with the Lms team and they were just as great, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful.
Cons
This Lms feels a bit outdated to me compared to other platforms available I also thought the contract wording needed modernization specifically around how fees and costs are defined and keeping the language consistent across the entire document.

To be honest, it's not solely about the software when it comes to Roundtable. It's primarily about the exceptional individuals behind it, in every role, who develop and support it. From the very first interaction, their focus has always been on helping me achieve my goals. They constantly ask, "How can we assist you in accomplishing what you need to?" and "What else can we do for you?" They consistently provide suggestions for improvements that can benefit me. Yes, the software/system itself works remarkably well and is highly reliable. However, I must emphasize that it's the professionals at Roundtable, at all levels, who truly amplify its value. Our company is astounded by their dedication, which has earned our loyalty. We enthusiastically recommend Roundtable to colleagues, clients, and various organizations. In a field with numerous players in learning/content development/management, it's the people/professionals who interact with customers from the initial contact through their well-defined processes and every other function who deliver exceptional results and make Roundtable Learning deep and robust.
Cons
What I find most frustrating is the lack of time I have to fully immerse myself in mastering the system. Roundtable offers excellent training and mentoring, which is a significant advantage they possess. So, it's not a software issue but rather a time constraint for me. Their personalized training approach is commendable they demonstrate exceptional patience (especially since I'm not a quick learner) and ensure my competence. It's rare to find such dedication in today's age, but Roundtable delivers!

The software effortlessly accommodates our diverse training needs across multiple formats, implemented throughout our entire company. The supporting team behind this product deserves high praise. They have guided us in implementing new systems that we weren't even aware were possible. Moreover, they promptly and efficiently handle our requests, ensuring that any encountered problems are quickly resolved. Additionally, they have created a stunning customized home page tailored to attract our target audience.
Cons
Initially, there is a slight learning curve to comprehend the deployment of trainings. As an administrator, some of the language used may appear redundant, but once you become familiar with the tools, they are not overly complex to grasp.
