Getting started with it felt very quick even as someone without a technical background. The platform is fast, efficient and simple to follow so I can stay focused on the course learning goals instead of figuring out a complicated system. The initial setup was also incredibly easy.

Having this tool linked directly to my email and calendar really helps me stay on top of my schedule and get ready for meetings with prospects more effectively. The onboarding also went very well with training that was detailed and thorough. It was definitely a lot of information to take in but it stayed engaging and worthwhile throughout.

Cons

One thing that could make it even stronger is a better connection with my company's drive. I'd like it to sync with the drive so I can access all of our internal documentation. That would make it possible to ask more specific and in depth questions based on internal data, while still keeping everything secure and GDPR compliant.

Pros

Jumping into a new workplace and learning unfamiliar systems feels a lot more manageable with this software. Searching by subject or topic using keywords is really easy and there's a huge amount of useful information available. It's been an incredibly valuable knowledge resource and honestly it has been a real game changer for me.

Cons

Something that could be better is the home screen since it can feel a bit overwhelming at first with so many videos showing up all at once.

Starting off was very easy and the platform feels accessible to use. The AI generated overlays do a really good job of guiding me through the course content which makes the learning process more helpful. I also get a lot of value from the AI generated content when I need to research specific activities and want a bit more insight into them.

Af few parts of the API integration still seem like they need improvement.

It would be really helpful to have access to previews of previous slides so we can go back, review them later and catch up on anything we missed at the time.

Right away the platform felt accessible and genuinely enjoyable to use. Getting into the platform is easy and it brings a fresh approach to both learning and creating learning content. The setup process is flexible and uncomplicated and the knowledge hub is a big help throughout.

I'd still like to have offline access which is currently missing.

It took almost no time at all to start using this software! Even though I had only been woking with it for two days, I was already collaborating with teammates on course updates within about 10 minutes of getting invited to leave feedback. The interface feels very accessible and simple to understand which makes it a valuable tool for improving collaboration and producing meaningful content faster. It has quickly become an important part of my daily workflow and I really appreciate how much it helps my productivity through seamless teamwork on learning content. The combination of its user friendly design and practical functionality makes content creation and team collaboration much more effective.

Cons

A frustrating issue is that if I start writing a comment in it and then switch to another window, the text I was typing disappears. It would also be really useful to get a notification when someone with edit access is actively working on a section since that can stop me from being able to comment. I ended up spending a lot of time trying to leave comments on certain sections assuming I was doing something wrong when that was actually the reason.

Has been incredibly valuable for certifications and training. One thing that really stands out is how flexible it is which makes the whole learning process feel much more manageable. The programs are well done and I've genuinely enjoyed the overall experience. The content is accessible and straight to the point so I can focus directly on what I need to learn without dealing with unnecessary distractions. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrated especially after moving over from the Workday Learning Management System because it has made the learning experience even better. Even the initial setup was so effortless that I barely noticed the transition at all. Altogether these things are exactly why I'd give it a 10 out of 10 and gladly recommend it to others!

Very easy to use and organizing the learning modules inside the platform feels natural. The interface is quite accessible so it's always clear how many lectures are in each module and exactly where I am in the course. That kind of visibility makes it much easier to estimate how much time I'll need to finish each module which has been really useful. I also appreciated how simple the initial setup was since it made adopting the platform feel completely trouble free!

Keeping up with training records and updates has become much more convenient with this and it also helps us stay on top of our goals. On top of that it's simple to learn and get used to.

At this point I haven't come across anything to dislike about the platform. If I explore it more and notice any issues later I'd be able to mention them then.

One of the best parts is being able to go through the training at my own pace. The platform is very user friendly and the interaction throughout the courses is really engaging.

One thing that could be improved is adding a timed counter to the courses. Right now it's possible to move through them too quickly which may not work well for agents who have less knowledge and need more time.

Using this feels really dynamic and accessible. I can read the material, watch videos and even adjust the playback speed which made the whole experience more flexible. Honestly I was able to finish my training quickly and effectively.

Cons

Right before the end of each learning module it would sometimes throw 3 or 4 repeated questions at me. It wasn't really an issue especially since there's already a questionnaire at the end so it just felt a bit unnecessary. Still it's nothing that takes away from the app overall.

Getting through the content feels very natural on this platform. The modules are delivered in a fun, interactive format that makes even dry subjects like Compliance much more engaging and enjoyable to learn. It's also nice seeing input from other colleagues in the interactive quiz sections. The reinforcement learning approach used by the platform works well and really helps with retaining information.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides at the moment. If anything comes to mind later I'd add it in the future.
