Pros

The pre-sale support and onboarding process were excellent. Plus the training was really helpful. There is a solid feature set right from the start and I adore how the development team listens to feedback and responds quickly. When I requested a password reset feature for better security, they had it ready in just a few weeks. Given their fast turnaround time, I am optimistic about future enhancements that will add the extra functionality we are looking for.

Cons

We signed up for a subscription and had 30 lessons created by their learning designers. The initial four-lesson course was really polished and engaging, plus they made custom templates with our company logo and brand colors that looked brilliant. However the templates were not shared with the content, which might have just been an oversight. So I am hoping they will share those templates and show us how to use them so we can match their high standards when creating courses in-house for our team.

Pros

SC Training templates make it super easy to create engaging courses in no time. I also really like how it focuses on microlearning and interactive elements as this has definitely boosted engagement and gotten great feedback from users.

Cons

There are some issues when trying to track attendance for mixed in-person and virtual audiences and accessing the video content afterward can be tricky.

I just love how everything is built into one platform such as designing, creating, running and evaluating microlearning content without needing to juggle multiple programs or web tools.

The lack of integration with cloud storage platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox makes things a bit more cumbersome when you want everything synced in the cloud.

The team can finish their training from home which is really convenient and everything gets automatically documented.

Occasionally runs into technical glitches but thats pretty standard for any software platform.

Well the support team responded whenever we ran into issues or problems. They absolutely nailed what we asked for and the content quality they delivered was top-notch. What impressed me most was how they took time to really understand our business, which gave them the insights needed to deliver excellent results.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about my experience. The team went above and beyond to meet our tight deadlines and made us feel like their most important client throughout the entire process.

Pros

This LMS has been really solid for training our volunteers. They give you lots of functionality without charging anything, which is perfect for smaller operations like ours. Even there paid tier is super affordable when you are ready to upgrade.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that you cannot see individual answers on multiple choice questions as it only shows the final score which makes it hard to understand where students went wrong.

Pros

I think the tool really motivates our team after training sessions and meetings. Also managing materials as an admin is so much easier compared to other platforms I have used. It is clearly a leader in microlearning solutions

Cons

Nothing major but the editing process took around a week when I asked the team to convert our original PowerPoint slides, which felt longer than I'd hoped for. So I am hoping they can speed up their turnaround time going forward.

Pros

The leaderboards really push our team to compete for the top spot. And the ability to customize courses to fit exactly what we need has been really valuable too.

Cons

I find editing courses pretty confusing sometimes. When you want to change the theme or modify a slide, there are so many steps involved that new users can get really lost trying to figure it out.
