Creating courses is incredibly easy especially with the new AI capabilities. The template selection gives you good variety without being overwhelming. Our learners really like the visual appeal and modern interface of the mobile app. Overall it is user-friendly and makes a real impact on learning outcomes.

Cons

Setting up links to external resources can be tricky and you really need to pay attention to video file sizes since the requirements are pretty strict. We have managed to make it work but creating course content definitely requires careful planning.

Well i am really impressed with how simple this is to edit and navigate. Was initially concerned about their pricing structure but the free plan has been working great for me so far. The drag and drop functionality makes everything so simple. Customer support is incredibly responsive too as they literally jumped in while I was still typing my question! In short the team was excellent and even shared helpful video tutorials to walk me through specific features.

As a Training Manager this has been one of the most effective tools I have worked with. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and the support team is outstanding. What I find particularly rewarding is how well it connects with Gen Z learners as there is this dynamic where I am constantly learning from them too, which feels very progressive. The staff genuinely listen to feedback and collaborate with you to make improvements.

Transferring completions to the LMS takes way too long when I am dealing with bulk induction days.

The interface is incredibly user friendly as it practically anticipates what I need to do next. Also there is an excellent library of pre-built content to choose from. Plus the AI creation feature is the best. I can customize all three ways of building courses to fit my needs. Tracking student progress and grades happens seamlessly without any hassle. In short this learning platform absolutely blew me away.

Only downside is that it doesnt integrate with anything I can see. Plus would really love to have Google Classrooms integration.

Now I am planning to incorporate their fun engagement incentives in the next round of training as well. Moreover their technical support team was both responsive and knowledgeable which really impressed me from day one. What's amazing is how much functionality you get with the free account. They are genuinely generous with their offerings. Plus they are constantly adding new, relevant courses to keep content fresh. So yes I'd definitely recommend this platform for any teams training needs.

The only thing I'd improve is having estimated release dates for upcoming courses they advertise. I got an email about state-specific Sexual Harassment training coming soon which I really need to create content for. But when I contacted support they had no clue when it would actually be available but could be next week or next year. So having some kind of timeline would be really helpful for planning purposes.

Well I wish there were more layout options available. Modifying templates is not as simple as I'd like it to be. Also the way graphics and text work together could definitely use some improvement. The help section feels a bit lacking and could be more comprehensive.

I can create courses really fast with this platform. And there are lots of templates to choose from which saves me time. The live chat support is great too as whenever I need help, the team is right there and they have never let me down.

The template-based approach limits what you can do such as complex slide animations just are not possible. Also, each template has different image size requirements which means I am constantly having to resize images depending on which one I am using. It gets pretty tedious.

One thing I really like is how easy it is to create new courses from scratch. The support team is amazing too. And whenever I have questions, I can get help from actual people within minutes which makes a huge difference.

One and only issue I have noticed is that some windows look a bit blurry or low-resolution on my display. I am planning to grab a screenshot to show the team what I mean.
