Customer service has been excellent, with the team always ready to assist us. I also appreciate how quickly edits to classes and videos can be made, the overall usability and the regular updates with new functions.

Cons

User registration, report management and exporting are a bit complicated to use for us and I also struggle with using the platform's APIs within our ERP system.
