“Keeping up with the kids”
Pros
The app provides the ability to see both of your kids their classes and their current work proving especially helpful for a middle school student.
Cons
Navigating each class is more complicated on the app and sending mass emails to teachers isn't supported.

“Schoology Review”
Pros
The amazing aspect is having realtime data on your child's school progress. This ensures that any issues requiring attention are promptly known.
Cons
There's not much to alter in this software it suits my family's needs well. However having an option for SMS messages would be advantageous.

“Schoology Old looking but Functionable. 6.7510”
Pros
I appreciated the functionality and numerous features. Schoology offers a lot and while it may seem overwhelming initially becoming more familiar with the software reveals its ease of use and extensive features.
Cons
The principal issue revolves around the outdated and uninteresting interface potentially diminishing user engagement. Despite its functionality the interface falls short of expectations.

“One of the best interactive LMS”
Pros
As a district that had previously utilized an open-source substitute, we indeed took a chance by introducing a new, paid solution. As a result, our teachers have responded positively to the platform. Moreover, since Schoology has a social networking platform-like feel, it is simple to use and makes sense when put to use.
Cons
We still cannot add repeating events to a calendar, though it is announced that its coming in the future. Additionally, badges are hidden on the iOS device, which is weird. Finally, I wish there were "due dates" for assignments in addition to "assigned on" dates.

“Schoology is helpful for Modern Classrooms.”
Pros
Schoology proves highly beneficial for schools especially during the COVID pandemic aiding educators and students in staying informed and engaged during classes.
Cons
My least preferred aspect of Schoology is its dull and uninteractive interface especially when compared to tools like Google Classroom or Class Dojo.

“Great for sharing course materials”
Pros
I like this tool for uploading lessons, assignments, instructional videos and anything else for my course.
Cons
I am not sure what I dislike. Maybe there should be a feature where parents can have their own account to keep tabs on their kids and message teachers?

“A bit outdated maybe?”
Pros
My experience with this program is twofold having used it as a master student and for my students. While it fulfills the expected functions of an LMS improvements are needed in terms of UI experience and assignment tracking.
Cons
Assignment tracking demands a robust solution even postdue date students perceive it as upcoming. It might be a minor glitch but it proves demotivating for students.

“Amazing software for school learning management.”
Pros
Schoology's ease of use effective course management and accessibility without requiring an app download make it a valuable tool particularly for users with limited storage.
Cons
While the software is generally commendable it lacks a virtual classroom for online learning. Management should consider this for prospective enhancements.

“Love Schoology”
Pros
I appreciate the ability to monitor my students' activities and easily disseminate information to them.

I wouldn't object to seeing a countup clock rather than a countdown timer when timing students. It could potentially alleviate anxiety for them.

“Works for me”
Pros
It was interactive enough that I could set up my classroom without reading a manual. I loved that I could color-code folders so both my students and I could instantly see which folder we needed in a unit.
Cons
As a teacher, I can set up my Schoology page to make perfect sense to me. But as a parent, it's clear there's no standard way teachers set things up. It gets really frustrating for students and parents. The ability for every teacher to design their own folder system, while well-intentioned, just makes it harder for us to use.

“Intuitive interface in a package the does it all.”
Pros
Schoology serves as a robust solution for schools of all sizes. Its interface, user-friendly for teachers and students on both web and mobile platforms, conceals a versatile toolset adaptable to diverse school needs. The inclusion of an "app marketplace" significantly broadens Schoology's capabilities.
Cons
Schoology's only downside for me is the lack of proper report cards. It might be more convenient to rely on PowerSchool or another solution, but having integrated report cards in Schoology would be a winning feature.

“With Schoology, nothing can go wrong!”
Pros
The software is incredibly simple to use, provides teachers with one location to store all of their resources, and is a fantastic way to keep parents updated on the academic progress of their children. Ive been using Schoology for two years, and Im leading the districts effort to get this software into elementary schools.
Cons
Schoology is being adopted by many institutes all across the world, so occasionally the system could be slower than usual. Additionally, I would like the flexibility to customize the folder colors.

“Schoology: Use of folders is a pro, tests are time consuming is a con”
Pros
The setup of folders, allowing centralized organization of content, assignments, and resources, has proven highly useful. Sub-folders, mirroring a computer storage system, aid students effectively. The album feature serves to showcase student work in a virtual environment. Additionally, the use of badges for positive reinforcement and integration with tools like Microsoft or Google products adds value.
Cons
Due to numerous folders, students need to click a lot to access an assignment. Late assignments are marked as missing, requiring manual correction by the teacher. A list of missing work would be beneficial.
